The rooms are picked up but not clean by any means. The rooms need a good deep cleaning, mold in the corners in the bathrooms, floor feels like it has some kind of scum on it. Condiments for the free coffee ( if they leave you a caffeinated coffee) must be very expensive because they leave teo little powder creamers and a couple of sugar packets. I don't know about you but I typically drink at least two cups in the morning and so does my wife, get used to drinking it black and the coffee pot is filthy and We didn't dare walk on the floor without shoes and I'm paying pretty good money for this room!! Also our door left wide open when we returned one evening Most of the staff is very accommodating, BUT I requested shuttle service 4 of the 5 days We were there and and literally waited outside for the time we requested and he never showed which made us late to our appointments everyday. The shuttle driver (who happened to walk by) said that there were no requests on his list. This happened every day, I think the night desk staff just simply didn't like white people (Racist) I watched her pick up the schedule pad and ask my name but never wrote it down. Even after raising the concern after the first day she would still never write down our request. Thank God I became friends with the driver and would speak to him directly at 7am as he came to work and we were walking down to the lobby to get a " Better" cup of coffee. One day even the lobby coffee station, NO SUGAR OMG

Our stay was not the most comfortable (bed was good), everything else was awful). The breakfast absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Nobody likes Turkey anything and for days it was all that was available. No potato's, just scrambled Military type eggs, hell you didn't have any condiments but Ketchup. completely turned me off to Residence inn Peach tree. I will stay at Marriott next time just for the breakfast. The carpet in the room was dirty we did not dare walk in bare feet. How comfortable can you get when you have to slip your shoes on to walk across the floor. Very disturbing. The carpet was frayed near the bathroom and nails poking up through the carpet. My God Tetanus shot update. Tile cracked in the bathroom, dirty, cooking utensils dirty, nothing felt clean. The room service is a "call out service" that takes forever to arrive and if the order is incorrect what are you going to do?

When we arrived we were told that our room was given away and that we could go to another property an hour away on the house. We declined that offer and was given someone else's room who hadn't checked in. We were told this was an upgrade but it was the room I expected from staying at several residence inns in the past. The bed was very small for two adults. Upon our departure my husband left his bag containing many valuable belongs. He wasn't sure exactly where he left it but was told if it was left anywhere besides the room the hotel wasn't responsible!

The hotel was and just what we needed. The only downfall was that it was suppose to have a jacuzzi and it ended up not having one. Overall it was a good place to stay.

I had to cancel a reservation and my friend rebook a room because of the above issue.

Met the kids in a central location and got some time prior to a suprise birthday party. Our normal host in Atlanta was the guest of honor so we stayed here. Two bedrooms and a fold out sofa - We packed 4 adults and two toddlers in easily. We got up and out early the next morning, but not without a breakfast buffet that was great. Not sure it could have worked out better anywhere else.

This is a very nice and friendly hotel. Would stay there again in a heart beat!

I haven't enjoyed a stay at a hotel in a very long time, but this hotel was the BEST!! The rooms are very clean, amenities appropriate and the staff is amazing. Thank you to all of you for making this experience so rewarding. I appreciate your kindness and southern hospitality. I will visit again!

The check in desk clear was awesome & helpful!!!!!!

I stayed for four nights while training in nearby Duluth. This hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking a small forest area and a pond. Very relaxing place to come "home" to each night. I stayed during the week so in addition to being treated to a great hot breakfast, I also was presently surprised to have a light supper and drinks while I was there each night (Mon-Thurs nights). It was nice not to have to go back out or cook! Staff were very pleasant and the Manager personally checked me out at the end of my stay. I would definitely come back when I am in this area again!

Very nice, clean and extremely quiet. Outstanding staff.

Very clean and quiet, the location is tucked away in a quiet suburb convenient to our destination - northeast Atlanta. Plenty of restaraunts in the area. A "real" breakfast - not the usual continental fare was provided. Most rooms have a fireplace with a gas log - a real nice touch. I would like for them to have provided a secure wireless internet connection (it was unsecured), but that's our only complaint

Loved the service and atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

Everything was great

the room was nice and clean

This hotel is in a great location. It is very close to a variety of resturants and stores. The grounds are well kept. The customer service is wonderful and the rooms are spotless and look fabulous. This is a great hotel for families(even pets)and business travelers. When I return to Georgia I will definitley make resrvations with this hotel.

I couldn't be more satisfied. It was in a quiet location, close to many conveniences and malls. The hotel on the whole was well maintained and quiet. Everything was very clean. My studio/suite was large, well set up and very tastefully decorated. The queensize bed was very comfortable and the suite also included a sleeper sofa. It had a full service kitchen with stainless steel appliances: Full size refrigerator, fullsize oven/stove and full sized dishwasher and large microwave. Granite counters. Free Wi-fi. Complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Ample parking. I wish I could have stayed a little longer.

Hotel was perfect for my short overnight stay. Did not need all the amenities more commonly suited for an extended stay, but the room was clean, large and quite. I especially liked the fire place, it added a nice touch.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. It provide convenient location to the places that we visit around Atlanta -- it's about 30 minutes drive to Buckhead area mall and the same toward Mall of Georgia, with other malls, outlets and ethnic super markets (like Korean Super H Martin) in between. We tend to pick a downtown hotel and just walk to our destinations if we are going to the Aquarium and such, but we stay here when we come to recharge and resupply. :)Excellent service as always. [...] Great breakfast and very quiet (despite a lot of Easter travelling folks). We will definitely come back.

A pleasurable stay..good location, great staff, breakfast buffet lacked variety & flavor, but sufficed nonetheless.
