Officially the worst stay at a hotel for me and my 2 guests. I paid for 2 rooms for 3 nights each and we were miserably HOT in our room, so was my friend in the room next door. Limited TV channels and TVs in both rooms kept shutting off. Could not adjust the temperature, we sweated the entire time. Sink backed up, toilet was slow to flush, the keys were barely working, shower leaked, so many compaints... We hated this hotel and will not be back.

Love this hotel, its my 3rd time staying and I wont stay anywhere else when I stay in VA. The staff is cery accommodating, nice gym, clean rooms, quiet, and convenient area!

Amenities listed a pool which is a large part of why we chose this hotel and when we arrived we were told there was no longer a pool. We were knowingly given a room that had a bad AC leak, where the carpet was soaked about two feet from the actual unit. They did rectify the situation by changing our room, however they admitted they knew there was a leak on the floor. New room was not very clean, I had to wipe dirt off of walls and headboard.

Ac wasnt cooling at all, hence did not sleep all nite as room was quite hot. Toilet and shower is spilt which we loved. Did not have any plant based milks or vegan options for breakfast.
