I pre-registered—took a picture of my ID, entered my license plate, entered credit card info—it took a good 10 minutes. When we got there, they had no info and we had to do it all again. We’d reserved a handicap accessible room, and were placed in a room on the second floor. The seat on the toilet was up and there was an old wrapper in the ice bucket. Breakfast was a waffle maker, Sunny D and a loaf of white bread. The waffle batter came out like water and then a big clump. When the waffle was “done”, it split open and was gooey inside. Staff was nice, but we won’t be back.

Says it's non smoking but can clearly smell both kinds of smoke. Hot water in shower was just dripping though the cold was full blast. Told the clerk at checkout and he just said ok, no apology who knows if he even let maintenance know.

Came to my door 5-10 minutes after I got there and said my guests had to leave. They where there helping us and if we didn’t pay and extra $50 I was getting kicked out too. We just got there 10 minutes previously. I would like a full refund for last night now!

False advertising

Upon entry i noticed a very over powering odor of insence.... they were nice enough to allow us to check in early... when we returned after our plans we were disappointed to find out there was no pool or hot tub(even thought they were advertised).. beds were comfortable though... hoping breakfast is edible

Good if you just need a place to lay your head... Some of the accent bedding wasn't clean, the shower drain wasn't draining properly, the bathroom fan (same switch as the light) sounded like a wood chipper when it was on. Some very sketch people staying in this hotel and walking the halls.

Room 106 smelled of cat urine. Behind the toilet was granules of liter. Left side of toilet had black hairs stuck to the toilet base. Obvious a deep clean has not happened in some time. Shears were torn. Lamp had no light bulb. Wash clothes held up to light were browned. Bleach sanitation needed. Pool is a listed amenity but drained with signage...'closed due to covid'. Won't return ever. Not worth the 275$ we paid.

This place was AWFUL! I wasn’t expecting anything fancy but this place STUNK so bad of smoke when you enter lobby & it just got worse in the hallways. There was some type of useless small air purifier I guess they were using to try to help with the weed smells. The doors didn’t have a deadbolt lock on top. Housekeeping doesn’t exist here. Found a long hair on a pillowcase & they never came to change the sheets or clean the room during my multi day stay. When I requested clean towels & trash pick up they told me to put my dirty towels & trash out in the hallway & then they’d get the trash & give me clean towels. I read the reviews before I booked my reservation & they were decent, but apparently Hotels.com “reserves the right” to post the reviews they want, which is dishonest. So this review probably won’t get posted so I will no longer be booking hotels through them.
