Despite the property being quite dated, it was very clean and quiet. The pool looked great, although we didn't use it. Beds were comfortable and TV was nice, once we figured out how to use it. The ice machine was broken, refrigerator wasn't plugged in and their hot breakfast food was horrible. Eggs flat as crepes, waffles that were mushy and then the usual dry cereal, breads and muffins. I don't think we will stay there again.

When I booked the room I put a request in to have a first floor room and one adjoining for other family staying as well. (Because of disability) When I got there I was told they didn't see my request and we were put on the 3rd floor and not adjoining with another room for our other family staying also. One of the rooms we booked had no heat so we had to move rooms and one room had chips on the floor from prior guests that was never cleaned up.

Pool was not heated. The fire truck came to the hotel for a “false alarm” that we heard the staff member say happens often at this property. The bathroom in the room was visibly dirty in the traveled areas. There was black mildew on the edge of the tub that looked unkept. In the morning our door would not stay latched coming from the inside or out until we left- being able to be pushed open with ease and requiring the door latch to be closed. Staff member checking in at night was very friendly. Staff at checkout was not overly friendly. Waited for someone to come to desk for quite a while after ringing their bell and then in no hurry to help collect keys. Did not ask about stay as typically would, etc.

Nice room, good price.

Courteous staff at the front desk, clean room, a comfortable bed made for a good experience. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here a number of times when visiting our daughter. The cleanliness has gone downhill. We seen cobwebs in the corner with a dead spider in them. The bathroom door did not lock. The pool area was not very sanitary, there were ants crawling around the pool. This hotel is near where my daughter lives and that’s why we choose this hotel each visit, considering trying a different place next visit.

Morning & day staff was above average in service. Night staff was “new” American and had some trouble communicating. Room was clean but property overall, I thought was poorly lit. Breakfast was average. That said, cost of stay was reflective of facility & service. I did not use the pool although it looked nice & clean. Its location served me just fine. Overall I would stay there again but only at the price I paid, not a penny more.
