What you see in the pictures before reservation is not what you get. Rooms are very rundown. We reserved 2 rooms, bathrooms were not clean pubic hair on the walls. Stains on the towels. Mold on the bathroom faucet. Rooms smelled of mold. Sheets were ripped from overuse. Mattresses were so bad that we kept waking up from the back pain. Pillows were small decor size pillows. Vending machines did not work. Drawers in the room were stained. No night light for individuals you either have the whole room lit or nothing at all.

The price for this place isn’t right. The room cost over $100 yet the bed was not a queen, the carpet was ripped, no secure WiFi, the toilet didn't flush well, the shower curtain was dirty, there was tinted glass along a whole wall which made us uncomfortable and both the hot tub was not in working order and the vending machine didn’t work. The guy who checked us in didn’t even crack a smile.

So, when you need a hotel near Oshkosh during the week of Airventure and pick the cheapest one, you don't expect much. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the room smelled of mildew. Running the A/C cooled the room, but it was still so humid I was sweating during the night. The gym had a few cardio machines that were in working order, but that's it. There was a shelf with no towels on it, and a water cooler with no bottle in it. They served your typical-and very limited-free breakfast, but the small room in which they prepared breakfast looked like a hastily renovated broom closet. The juice machine was out of order. In its place was a jug of Sunny D in the refrigerator. The front desk staff wore a t-shirt and sport pants. In the end, this place gave me somewhere to sleep for two nights when I needed it, but it just isn't up to the standards a typical person would expect of a branded hotel. If I had known in advance what it was going to be like, I would have booked the Marriott across the street for $50 more per night.

While I wasn’t expecting the Hilton I thought Wyndham hotels had a base line quality that I could rely on. I was wrong. This hotel is possibly the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The sheets were covered in stains. I had to blow the long black hair that covered the nightstand off before I could set my phone on it to charge. Speaking of charging, there was not a single charging port in the room. The bathroom was also disgusting. If there had been another hotel available in a 50 mile radius I would have left. The next morning my husband went to fill our very small, soft sided cooler with ice and a staff member told him not to take all of it. Keep in mind this room was $360 for the 1 night we stayed there. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

Friendly family run business. Staff works very hard around the clock. Front desk was always well attended. Air conditioned and very clean with microwave and fridge in a large twin room. Good breakfast setup. Building showing some age and wear in places could use professional maintenance. Leaking AC was cleaned up same day. Convenient to parking restaurants and freeway. Overall I could stay there again.
