did not get a 1 bedroom suite as promised by Orbitz, instead got standard hotel room 2 queens. paid for for 1 BR did not get it. the lady said it does have 1 BR, no clue. old hotel. shows it everywhere. has water on bathroom floor can't tell where coming from. can't go in with my socks on.

The room had a smell that remained, despite their attempt to cover it up with plug in air freshers. The heat did not work, and it was cold outside, and in the room. The pool area was very nice and had a large TV with the Packers game on, so that was a bonus! Not happy about there being no heat available in the room...and the smell (it was the smell of a cleaning agent, but was over powering...) Nice and friendly staff! 👌

Better on the inside. Pool are was nice but very chilly and no one swimming when I checked it out. Bar & grill is attached which is nice for food. Room was clean. Only defac coffee supplied in the room, didn't see breakfast anywhere, pro not included?

A few odor issues. The room I was given had a leftover smoke smell to it. Opening the window and turning on the room fan helped once the air was circulating. The bedding? was clean and comfortable but possibly it had a strong bleach smell that kept waking me up. In the morning I walked to the breakfast room and most of the hallway lights were off. It was a little unsettling but all was fine. The breakfast options were good. The breakfast space was clean and welcoming. Really appreciated that. The salt water pool and hot tub look very inviting and clean. Wish I had brought a swim suit.

Very large hotel room. While we did not eat breakfast there I stopped in to get some juice and it looked like they had a nice selection. Room was reasonably clean though could use some vacuuming behind the night stands. Nice shower products. Quiet.

We arrived and were placed in a very large room with two king beds, the room was filthy with food on the sheets, walls and floor. Housekeeping quickly came to clean and staff were very apologetic. One of the beds actually had urine soaked sheets still on it. The room was cleaned and we spent our first night in it, woke up the next morning and was greeted in the bathroom by a roach. Again, staff were great and quickly relocated us to what appeared to be a slightly newer and more well kept area of the hotel. The rest of our stay was better. Staff at this location could not have been better about the whole experience! They were super friendly and accomodating. We travel to Wisconsin frequently but definitely will choose another place to stay next time.
