Breakfast was in a small room and was over crowded. The food that was offered was running out and when it was replenished the guests that had been waiting pounced on it. The food was lackluster also. We ended up running to a fast food restaurant to get something. Room was clean but the lights in bathroom were not very bright which was odd. When we drove up to hotel it was getting dark but the outside lights were not on. When we went in to check in the staff was dealing with a blown breaker. Once that was fixed they realized the lights were not on so they quickly turned them on. The guys working the front desk were very friendly and apologized for the delays.

Do NOT stay here. Yellow stains on bedding, small red stains on bedding (bed bugs maybe?), hair in the bedding when I pulled back the sheets, filthy refrigerator, cracked bathtub, dirt all over walls, no heat on in room when we checked in. I’ve never left a hotel review before but I am now. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. I got a refund because I refused to stay here.

Staff was very helpful. Had issues with the TV night desk clerk came to help us and got it working! Salt water pool was awesome. Room was nice beds were comfy! The Mad Apple had great food and service!! Happy with our stay will go back.

The indoor pool and hot tub were the highlight of our trip. I stayed here with my nine-year-old son while visiting the area to watch a Green Bay Packers game. Even though it was 10° outside, the atrium was 70°. My son and a friends he made at the hotel had a great time playing in the water.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The bed and bedding were especially good quality. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure good and hot water readily available. The breakfast room was available early and well stocked. The pool was large and refreshing and the hot tub worked well. We would stay there again!
