We travel several times a year, we always stay at this hotel. It is very, service is excellent, breakfast has a great option. There is parking on both sides of the building, so you don't have to walk far. The only problem we had, was there was only 1 fork, spoon, bowl in the kitchen.

It is an older hotel with some renovations done to it. All of the staff were helpful and friendly but the guy who checked us in was wearing an undershirt and gym shorts, no name tag, a little odd but he was nice. The place was clean, comfortable beds, renovated bathroom but carpet and curtains were older. Price was great compared to other places. We had a nice two night stay to visit family in the area.

A clean and friendly space a short drive to St. John's college and the historic part of Annapolis. Not much to do near the hotel, as it is nestled in the office buildings and plazas of the city. Not very walkable, but we didn't need that as part of our stay.

My main issue was fire alarm went off two times during our stay. Once was reportedly due to staff having an issue in kitchen getting breakfast ready and other time was reportedly due to someone smoking in a bathroom.
