A clean and friendly space a short drive to St. John's college and the historic part of Annapolis. Not much to do near the hotel, as it is nestled in the office buildings and plazas of the city. Not very walkable, but we didn't need that as part of our stay.

Our room was clean and quiet. This hotel is in an area surrounded by trees and there isn't much traffic to speak of. The breakfast offerings were delicious and varied during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. We also enjoyed shooting pool as there was a billiard table on the see second floor. The outdoor pool was not open at time we were there, but it looked like a nice size pool with handicap accessibility.

Room was clean. Bath towels not consistent, 1 was thin, and 1 was thick and fluffy. Beds very comfortable. Good selection for breakfast and was available 7-10 am. The place is being renovated. Didn’t cause any problems for us. However the new carpet had that smell. Staff friendly and helpful.
