We chose this property because it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle, however the shuttle was full so we had to wait for him to return. We didn’t know that would take about an hour so after waiting for 45 minutes with 2 small children, we decided to take a taxi. The front desk people weren’t very friendly but they did their jobs. The breakfast people were very friendly and kept the food, which was decent, coming. Our room, while somewhat dated, was very clean and comfortable. Bottom line, it was fine for a night. Don’t rely on the shuttle. A taxi is $10 and is much faster.

Loved the complimentary shuttle from airport but the driver was rude. Room was nice, quiet. Looked to have a nice breakfast but I didn’t get to enjoy since our train was so early.

Property is transitioning from HI Express to Wyndham, and is not 100% there. Lobby area is drab, room a bit tired (comfortable bed though) and we were unable to enter our first room due to issues with the key card lock. Staff was friendly. Airport transportation was a plus. Breakfast was adequate. Overall not a great value for the price.

The property advertises a free airport shuttle. We waited for over 45 minutes for the shuttle which also services another location. This is not the same as having a shuttle available to take people back and forth to the airport. We also paid a taxi to take us back to the airport as we couldn’t count on a timely ride back. Others at the hotel had the same issue.

For the cost during the high season, it is reasonable compared to other hotels. The hotel needs some updates and a deep cleaning. We did have a good night’s sleep.

My bathtub/shower had a perpetual stream of hot water coming out, I was charged twice and then refunded and charged again when I checked out (I still don't know if it's right), I spoke to the front desk person at check out to get my receipt, went to my car and came right back inside to protest about the third charge and she asked me if I had checked out today (she literally saw me three minutes before); the locals say this is a 'rough area's and it showed, there was active construction going on; the breakfast.was so terrible I only tried to eat it one of the three mornings I was there. I do not recommend this hotel.

The airport shuttle was very quick, the room was kind of dated, but totally fine, the linens were very nice, the bathroom seemed clean, the breakfast was ample. All together a good experience for a budget hotel.
