Great location.

It was great

During my stay my room was never cleaned.

Good Location

Beautiful scenery. Clean and tidy hotel. Great breakfast.

I liked the bathroom set up. I loved the wifi-tv. The bed was clean and neat. Soft pillows. Nice living room set up! Busy outside during the day. Nice decor&amenities!

Friendly people. Arrived late and they let me do a late check-out.

Been staying here for years. I'll never come back. On the website, they went through the trouble of putting up a bunch of covid-19 readiness hogwash. They knowingly left the hotel features the same. Specifically, pool, spa, fitness room, hot buffet breakfast. Once you get there, after it's too late to cancel your reservation, they let you know it's all gone. Even the phone hold message is still bragging about these features. The lobby felt like a morgue. They had pre-made bag "breakfast" that only about 25% of the world population can eat. Yogurt, milk, and muffins, likely made with milk. If you, with your little b-n-b pulled a bait-and-switch like that, you would be sued for fraud, and lose. The big guys, getting bailout money, are exempt from such things. Most vexing and depressing hotel experience I've ever had. Hotel chains are incapable of shame.

It was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast area was a little small.

Customer service was excellent! I love this property

Our stay went well except the guest next door were so loud, making noise until almost 2am.

It’s getting run down, our room wasn’t very clean and had two towels in the bathroom that’s it! For a room holding 4?! No other towels hand towels rags nothing. The pool has over 35 people in it both evenings is my stay, the wall occupancy state no more than 15.

I liked everything about this property, there is nothing I did not like.

Excellent quality hotel. The only things that would make it better is if there were more services and amenities and if the furniture and lighting fixtures in the rooms were better cared for. A lot of chairs, tables and surfaces in the rooms had noticeable scuffs, scratches, and were wobbly. However, for a hotel that provides just the basics for its price range it is the best I have ever been to for its spaciousness, staff, and comfort.

“Outstanding Service and Welcoming Staff” Total score Cleanliness 5.0 Dining 5.0 Location 5.0 Service 5.0 Amenities 5.0 Value for the Money 5.0 Title says it all. Whatever brings you to Anchorage, this is a great place to say. Anything you want to do downtown is not that far. The food is outstanding and the staff is very warm and helpful. The gym is basic but it has everything you need to work off the highly recommended seafood chowder. Rooms are large and clean, and the bathrooms have recently been updated. Each room has a smart tv and I love watching Netflix on something larger than my iPad for once while I’m on the road.
