Great location, super friendly staff... they could really do a better job at keeping it a little cleaner. Upon check in, our room was “clean” dust everywhere! The hallway to our bedroom had little pieces of trash also. NOT filthy, I just think that it need a little improvement in that department

It's still Hilton but I think it needs to be renovated soon as in soon. No microwave in the rooms, No parking, even thought they have a Valet parking its taking your indecency on doing something with your car and plus you have to pay for it. $32 a day. Overall it's just needs to be renovated

They double charged me for a room, and never reimbursed me the money, to the point that they fought it with my bank.

The place is old and needs to be updated. I've stayed at many, many Hilton properties and by far, my room was the dirtiest I've experienced. There was food and a finger nail on the carpet, stains on the walls and hair on the floor and in the tub. I had to ask at the front desk twice to have my room vacuumed and cleaned more thoroughly twice. I also tried to call the front desk multiple times and it rang and rang and no one picked up. I don't recommend staying here since the price is high and the hotel isn't taken care of very well.

Might want to work on the soundproofing to not hear so much from outside

Warning ! Choose someplace else.! This is not the "Hilton" that you may expect. This is an overpriced Holiday Inn. I was chastised by the storm-trooper Valet person while I was standing in line checking into the hotel because I had failed to leave the keys with him.. Hmmm, had not been there 10 minutes, was being called out by the valet in front of other guests waiting to be checked in. Thanks. BTW, Valet parking = $30 / day.. IN ANCHORAGE Alaska! This aint Chicago or NY city! Room provided ( 2 beds) was sooo small, could not even layout luggage except on the beds. No refrig, no microwave, decaf coffee only, and the bathroom was not clean by my mothers standards (or yours either) . Room was directly across from elevators, (noisy) and even though there were very few guests in the hotel, they could not find any other doubles in 21 floors for us. I am done. What a let down for our vacation stay in Anchorage. The Best Western on 36th was twice as nice. Hilton has been removed from list of choice hotels.

Apparently, the cheapest, dirtiest rooms are the handicap rooms. Super dirty, loud. Nice to see how they think of "handicap". Room was dirty. Walls are paper thin. Some pinkish colored thing was all over one wall. The toilet looked like the cheapest public bathroom and when I asked why they put us in a handicap room (we didn't request it) they said "if you book through a 3rd party, the cheapest rooms you get means you get a handicap room, next time pay the extra $60"

Quick stay prior to Alaska guided vacation. The staff was pleasant, even at 11pm when we finally arrived. I really appreciated the luggage storage as we were able to explore downtown Anchorage prior to our tour pickup. the bell staff was efficient and courteous. would definitely stay there again!

It is good. Nice staff. Bed is clean. It would be nice if it us bigger.

Perfect location, right in the heart of downtown. Clean room and nice staff. Would recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We drove up from Seward, check in was easy. The bellmen and check in staff was courteous. Checking out was quick and easy.

This is a good hotel in a very good downtown location as long as you can sleep through deafening train whistles all through the night. Hilton ought really to be embarrassed about how ineffective the double pane windows are in their Anchorage hotel. You might as well leave the window open! Aside from the noise and my lack of sleep, the is a typical Hilton, with the typical low ceiling bathroom and a smaller, more cramped than usual guest room. I'd expect the space crunch in Manhattan, but not in Alaska. I won't return.

Man this place is pricey, but its in a good location, and the customer service was great.

Got in late, woke up late, left late, everything ok.

Room is to small. No Microwave in the room. No view of city.
