Functional downtown walkable location; caution for homeless in area. Property does show just a little wear around the edges; for example, in the bathroom. But, overall is nice for a discounted rate that is sometimes available. WiFi is excellent. In room coffee is great. Taxi rank is around corner. Fabulous restaurant is down the street. Door dash delivers to the room. I would stay again.

Right at the heart of downtown, yet reasonably quiet and safe area. Good value for the price.

The Only thing good about this property is the location... It truly was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel and am extremely surprised Hilton represents such a substandard property... I paid over $400 a night for a hotel experience worth maybe $100 - 120 Per night. The description boasts a fully renovated hotel with a roof top bar... Neither are true. The front desk staff admitted they have never seen what the rooms look like... How is this possible when they are the face of the property?? When I asked what time the rooftop bar opened I was told it has been closed since covid... Yet they are still using this and other photos for the "bait and switch" tactics... They changed my room twice and the third room was better but not at all clean... I took lots of pictures of the substandard cleaning and damages. By the third room there was no need to "keep trying" I was grossly overcharged for what I got... Honestly... ORBITZ is doing a disservice to the public and Hilton should not represent this property... I have stayed at many Hilton and they are usually worth paying extra for thier good name but not at this one and if it had been my first Hilton experience then I would never use this chain again and that is why they should take their name off it... Its like ordering a high end leather sofa and getting a leather sofa instead...

Hotel is beautiful. Room did not have a mini fridge. I asked front desk and they quickly delivered one but it was scratched all up and dirty. Parking area did not make us feel safe leaving truck alone. Couldn’t find a spot in their small compact parking. Switched hotels after one night due to parking but hotel it self was nice

Overall, the property is in a very convenience location. Walking distance to every where. Hotel staffs are nice. But the property is old. No room cleaning during our stay, No hot water for 24 hours.

First room I was given the bedside lamps did not work. Gave me a new room very quickly. One bedside lamp was out in the next room. I read in bed. Rather eat somewhere else. Checking out really took a while even though there was nobody in line. She kinda disappeared. I left without a printout. Uber was waiting.

Our room was tiny, which led to a long list of things that made a poor exon the room. The mattress was shorter than standard. There was an incongruously huge piece of furniture that shouldn’t have been stuffed in there. The toilet space was cramped, and if you sat you would brush against the shower curtain that inevitably must have been peed on. The shower head was 5 ft high. All in all, this would have been a good motel room, but when you choose Hilton’s flagship, there are much higher expectations.

Night manager lady was horrible

Great fitness room.

Room not equipped with frig as promised, parking very confusing and inconvenient, phone on nite stand not operational. Impossible to reach desk staff by phone on desk-rings 30 times or more and no answer, good luck in emergency. Room not cleaned for four days of stay! Manager nice when we raised concerns but the staff are too few and not adequately trained.

Check in was terrible….

Im giving this place an excellent rating in all areas because i understand every place is understaffed and the workers are working as hard as they can. Thank you Anchorage employees for all the hard work. My trip was awesome.

Room is clean. Beds are full size not queen. No mini fridge.

Room 269 was terrible none stop alarm ringing all night long got zero sleep after spending $200 and no shuttle to take us to the airport.

Just a bad experience
