This unit was perfect and exactly as pictured. Clean, excellent location and provided everything we could need. The host was very responsive and professional. This was the first time I could convince my friend to stay at a VRBO instead of a hotel. Her first experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Great little place for our stay in Anchorage. My only negative was that if you need to do laundry you have to use coin operated machines in a separate place on the property.

Great Place

We needed a place to lodge some employees for a week and this location met our needs wonderfully. Check in was easy, the unit was what the ad said it was, and communication was good. They even accommodated our large work truck. Would definitely rent here again.

Apartment was as expected. Nice, clean, not overly fancy which is typical for Anchorage. Beds were comfortable. No local channels on the TVs but lots of free streaming services available. Paid services are available if you want to enter your passwords. Snow was removed from parking ares adequately. Appliances and kitchen utensils in nearly new condition. Good location, near airport and downtown. Note: No convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. You will want a car.

This property was very nice, clean and spacious. 2 bedrooms, big living room/kitchen area, well appointed kitchen and a nice bathroom. Paul was a great host and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is in an area that is residential and industry. It’s close to the airport and easy to get downtown. We went to Katmai on a small plane to see the bears at Brooks Falls, rented e-bikes and road the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. It was a great stay in Anchorage.
