Great service, the VIP upgrade is not worth it. The tea hour is simple and nothing special, same with the evening event. Just not worth the upgrade, breakfast is great but only until 10:00 and most days slept past it

This hotel definitely wasn’t meant for families but rather conference goers. However, the staff here were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful with our one year old. We experienced a couple of hiccups upon check in (room wasn’t ready, didn’t prepare crib or pull out sofa) but once we settled in it was perfect. The pool area isn’t huge but great for us and our little one and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in and surrounding the hotel. Will definitely stay here again for our next visit to Disneyland.

The property is always gorgeous, but we love the staff. Thank you Julia, Liz, Nancy. Our room service friend, Jimmy, to Mike and Jacob at the 1030, made taken of us look easy. Thanks Johnathan the Supervisor. We think you would make a great actor! Go Trojans, Chargers, Dodgers, and Lakers! Donna taught us how to drink wine, she took the time. We can not forget Puestos!!
