The location was excellent, just a one minute walk from Noord Station, with easy access to both metro and bus services. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and the breakfast offered was of very good quality.
However, as we stayed for six nights, the same food items were offered every morning. While the quality was good, a greater variety of breakfast options would have been appreciated.
Last but not least, we were charged a €10 per night service fee (not city tax), which was not disclosed to us by Orbitz at the time of booking. When we contacted Orbitz, we were informed that this charge was determined by the hotel. Upon speaking with the front desk, we were told that although we are Accor members, the fee applied because the reservation was not made directly through the hotel.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, with a few areas where clearer communication and small improvements could enhance the guest experience.
