The card reader on out door did not work properly. We had to slide the card in just right to get into our room. Also the air conditioner filter did not fit properly so was sticking out.

The hot tub bleached my daughter’s brand new royal blue bathing suit to a mauve color. We paid for breakfast, they ran out of bacon & French toast and the oatmeal looked like it was a day old.
