The room had just been mopped upon check in so the floors were still wet but it smelled good and clean. Water was plenty hot. There was a dead roach behind the bathroom door and several wall fixtures missing. The AC was good and cold, would freeze you out. It was fairly quiet until the early morning hours when you can hear every step from the room above. I would ask for an upstairs room if I ever stay again. This was a convenient place to stay, not far from the coliseum which is why I picked it. A little run down, but you get what you pay far. It's decent for the price.

Horrible service, misleading on the Internet, ancient decor, horrible location, would not recommend and will never be back, bring your own bedding if you choose this place.

We were early, before normal check in time. Had done the online check in, it was easy, and done in very few minutes. Very close to convenient stores and fast food places. My friend needed a smoking room, and those are sometimes hard to find. Great hospitality, at front desk, he noticed that my birthday was 4 days before and told me happy belated birthday. Some have just overlooked and never say anything..

Another lesson learned

Filthy outside and in. Evidence of permanent residents dirty diapers, faded broken toys, cigarette butts, food trash littered porch area of room i was given..i went as far as opening the door and the stangnant smell of cigarettes and mold hit me. I did see furniture and ironing board cover stained and nasty. Beds very small, not at all as described. Wasted money and had to go find another motel. Costly experience
