This one-of-a-kind vacation property offers the safety and security of being located on a 20 acre private lot inside of Alamosa’s #1 campground, with 24-7 support from the Base Camp Family Campground staff! This spacious 2100 square-foot ranch house is located just a short drive from the Great Sand Dunes National Park (you can see the dunes from the house!), and about 7 miles from Alamosa, which has over 60 restaurants, Walmart, Safeway, City Market, etc.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We enjoyed our stay ! A helpful host with great suggestions! The place felt like home. We were expecting a shady RV park but the park was well kept with new RVs. The home is privately located at the end of the park with it's own space.The sand dunes are a 35 min. scenic drive.

Quite and Private. Roomy and Clean. Each bedroom has its own bath plus there is a 1/2 bath, plenty of seating around the house, very convenient for families. The beds were comfortable. One note, the only A/C is a window unit in the kitchen. Each room has great ceiling fan(s) but guests are asked not to open the windows. If the weather is warm, the bedrooms can get a bit warm.
