This location is great! It was the perfect spot for visiting the sand dunes and sand dunes recreation. We had 5 adults with us and there was just enough space. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we needed.

Beautiful Property & Great Location

This was our second time staying at this property and it was a great fit for our family. Plenty of sleeping space, climbing dome outside, a fun jetted tub the kids still talk about, and great proximity to the sand dunes & alligator farm. The home is clean, spacious, and has nice quality furnishings. The hosts are very friendly & accommodating.

Unique stay

We had a short stay to visit the Sand Dunes which are about 30 minutes from the home. The host was very helpful and the home was stocked with fun games and toys my kids enjoyed. Great view from the back porch and perfect place to view the night sky

Peaceful and clean

We enjoyed our time at this home. Every thing was cleaned. Kristen thinks of everything from lawn chairs to extra towels and bottle water. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The lodging was super clean and had all the necessary kitchen supplies to make breakfast. The kids enjoyed the TV. They attached a Fire stick and played games. Wonderful visit!

Colorado Vacation

Although we were only here one night, we found the rental to be very tidy, spacious, and well taken care of. It suited all our needs for the night. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because the stars were truly amazing. We recommend this VRBO!

Nice place!

This property was a nice place for down time after the day of adventuring. There was plenty of things to keep the kids busy. Also had some outdoor space which is always a plus. It was clean and comfortable.

Sand dunes and stargazing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was equipped with everything we needed, very spacious, clean and peaceful. We loved watching the stunning sunrise views over the mountains from the deck, stargazing from the swings, and exploring Great Sand Dunes NP, which was conveniently close by (less than 30 min drive). Kristen was very welcoming and responsive. Thanks for an awesome stay; we’d definitely come back!

Great place near Great Sand Dunes NP!

The owners of this rental have thought of it all. The house has everything you need to make your stay feel like home, from cooking utensils to a Keurig/coffee pot to shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the bathrooms. My husband even commented that the owners were great hosts! We would stay here again.

Trip to the dunes

Nice property with views of the sand dunes and Sangre de Christo mountains. The house is on the same property as the owner but we never saw them. The house had everything we needed for our stay!
