Best Holiday Inn. Tv was stuck on one chanel (maybe bad remote battery), and wireless confusing. But other than that, awesome stay.

WiFi was out the entire weekend, this has happened 3 times in 2016 when I stay at holiday inn Alamosa monthly for work. Frustrating....

The stay was only for one night - but it was a great night. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Temperature in the room perfect. Breakfast very good. Bathroom roomy and clean. Really couldn't ask for more.

WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Great place to stay very friendly staff with great personalities!!!

Have stayed here before. Easy check-in, nice staff, comfortable room and bed, very good breakfast.

This was a comforting oasis to check into after driving through some of the smaller, curious towns. Was with myself and a girlfriend...us both being women felt extremely safe here. Only complaints: sink wouldn't drain in bathroom and tv remote channel up button wouldn't work.

We stayed two nights and could find nothing to fault with the hotel or staff. Only the signage was a problem (Hotel sign was hard to find until you were at the intersection.

On the west side of town, it was little further away from the Great Sand Dunes than other motels. It was right in the newer suburban-like area on the highway sharing a parking lot with Wal-Mart and Wendy's as well as the highway noise. Had to unplug the refrig in order to hear the tv or sleep. Had to disassemble the toilet to get it to stop running and the exhaust fan in bath did not work at all. Made noise, but no exhaust. But, everything else was fine and staff way very friendly. Sauna was not working. Seemed dog friendly. Ample breakfast buffet. Very nice for rural motel.

Motel was clean. Staff was nice. Had very good ammenities and a good breakfast with a nice selection of food. MOre than just a sweet roll and coffee.

Excellent hotel. We went on this trip solely for leisure and our purpose was acheived. The pool was perfectly warm for the type of weather and the rooms were nice and quiet for the baby to rest peacefully. Even the crib was super clean which is rare in a hotel.

We stayed at the hotel while dropping off our 18 year old at the college. The price was definitely high for what it was, but every hotel in the area had jacked their prices up as well. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very accomodating, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good! Will definitely stay here on our next visit...just hoping it won't be so expensive!

Stayed at this hotel for one night while visited the Sand Dunes. Althought the hotel isn't in the center of town, it's probably the least shady hotel in the area. The staff was incrdibly nice, although they misinformed us about the pet policy, then tried to charge us more than we were quoted. Thankfully this issue was fixed. The hotel is right off a busy road, and our room faced the road. This created some noise, but it wasn't unbearable. There are no "black out" curtains in the room, and there is a giant spotlight shining into the ground floor windows. This was slightly annoying, but not a huge deal. The complimentary toiletries included two soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouthwash, a shower cap, and a makeup removing towelette. The shower is incredibly slippery! I asked the front desk for a non-slip mat and they provided one. Apparently, Holiday Inn corporate won't let the non-slip mats be standard in the rooms. The shower head provides good pressure, but is very low. The free breakfast included all sorts of hot beverages, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, bagels, pastries, cereal, eggs, yogurt, milk, toast and juice. There are free cookies every day at four. The pool is shallow (about 5 feet) but warm. The hot tub was nice. The fitness room includes a treadmill, bicycle, and weight set. Not a bad hotel for the price.

I just loved this hotel. Right when we first got there the staff was very friendly & helpful. Then they called us to welcome us & asked if we needed anything to just ask. They brought us extra bathroom supplies, (Shampoo, lotion ect). Breakfast was yummy! The staff was SUPER friendly. We all really enjoyed our time there.

The Holiday Inn Express in Alamosa is a pretty nice hote. The room was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was better than most (great warm cinnamon rolls).

The holiday Inn and suites in Alamosa was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and had a good variety with plenty of tables and chairs, even a sofa to relax on so you could enjoy your morning coffee while watching the news.
