We had a bad experience at another Alamosa budget hotel, so we booked this last minute. Staff was helpful, room was clean, continental breakfast was a step above. Overall a great value.

Grey staff very willing to help. Good breakfast included. A little noise from the road if you are near it. Indoor pool.

We had comfortable beds, great breakfasts with many options, and there is a beautiful garden/picnic area at the motel. It is close to downtown.

Staff was great but it needs repairs, one of our rooms needs a new door 104 or 105 has the broken door. We were in the pool and no one came to check or even give new towels the 3 hours were were there

Needed a place to stay for a last minute pit stop on a road trip. Everything was clean and there was everything that we needed. The building itself was old, but it has been painted and updated and was acceptable. The bathroom was cold, although there was a heat light to use for showering. We had a door that adjoined to the next room and it was very noisy. Fortunately the neighbors decided to go to sleep at the same time as we did, so that wasn't a problem. They did wake up before us and it woke us up too. Breakfast was good and there were lots of choices for such a small place. We would stay there again.

for a US hotel, this was great value. clean large room, all needed amenities, nice staff.

Convenient to ASU campus and central Alamosa, this is a very ordinary but well run motel. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and make-your-own waffles as well as the usual tasteless bagels, plain toast, and big-name boxed cereals. The street noise was pretty bad, but it was homecoming and it did quiet down around 11pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made all the difference.

Good location and value. Front desk staff very helpful. Good breakfast and plenty to choose from

Best Western Inn was on 160 and easy to get to. The hotel is deceiving from the outside, the room was nice and spacious, clean and green friendly. I love the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers. They have an indoor pool which is great for all year round. The gym was tiny but you can get your work out on, no excuse. The breakfast swas great and I love the fact that they accommodate to people with children (high chairs and booster chairs were accessible.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, and it is exactly what I need when I am working in this location--quiet, close to work, restaurants, rooms are clean and well appointed.

It was nice to stay so close to our train ride. The bed was uncomfortable, sink clogged, and shower head squirted a small supply of water. Surprised to have to get ice downstairs and in another building! Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good!

Outdated, terrible WiFi, nice pool though. Breakfast was a joke sharing the 4 table kitchen with a traveling sportsteam. Comfortable beds surprisingly.

Was in town for a soccer game. Really a nice place...my room was spacious, clean, and had every thing I needed. King bed was soft and comfortable!! Breakfast was on the pretty good side, considering what I paid for the room. Good rates!! Keep up the good work,I'll be back!! KFC right next door didn't have to drive anywhere. Nice flat screen TV...a plus for the Broncos game!!!

Honestly, this is a two star hotel (not the three stars given by some travel sites). If you know and expect that going in, you will be fine. Alamosa doesn't seem to offer much in terms of high quality hotels (the city's best appears to be three stars). All that stated, I stayed here for the value (it was half the price of the some options that did not appear that much better) and I would do the same thing again for reasons of price. Staff was very friendly and the free continental breakfast adds to the value factor here.

The hotel is well-run. For a Best Western, the rooms, fittings and fixtures are a little out-dated. The rooms were clean (although there was some broken glass on the bathroom floor). The breakfast (free) was quite good. Hotel stall were helpful. There are nicer hotels in Alamosa for a similar price.

Neighbors below our unit partied throughout multiple nights (e.g., slamming doors, swearing, vehicles speeding away). Not much sleep to be had. Also, difficult to control room temperature as the heating unit blew hot air directly into one of the beds.

Listing the things that were bad would take more time than the things that were good. The room was warm with clean sheets and a tv. Don't expect much more than that. I would only recommend this hotel if you were exhausted, need a place to sleep and clean up for someone who is passing through.

Came for a football game. Nice place to stay. Good continental breakfast.

Room was very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly!

Nothing extraordinary but certainly a decent location & hotel. All rooms open to parking spots (motel style). Average breakfast, pool, hot tub. Great local pizza joint about a block away -- ask the staff for directions. Only downside is I thought the motel was a little pricey.
