Just OK. Many reviewed how clean the facility was which was part of the reason we picked this place. The room was clean but the rest of the place definitely needed vacuuming. Another issue, we were given a room key but were not told what side the room was on. We ended up walking across the entire facility with all of our luggage to get to our room. There are no elevators so that may be good to know. Also, our fridge had to be turned on upon arrival. I am a breastfeeding mother and had to wait for the fridge to get cold to be able to store milk. In the meantime, I had to walk downstairs and all the way across the building to get to the ice machine to keep my milk cold as there was only one machine in the facility. Not very convenient. The room looked nice but the bed was not very comfortable and pillows were rock hard. Overall, not terrible. But not great. I would not stay here again.

Beds were a tad squeaky. If you sleep still dont worry about it. Also we dont like the sink outside the bathroom. Some hotels still have this. Other then that the hotel was very nice. Oh get your own ice becuase they have it refilled and they run out.

Tried to use our Hotel Gift Card but they were unable to process it at this hotel. Room was clean, bed a bit soft for us, overall very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay, very clean and well kept. Family friendly, rooms are very modern and well kept. The staff was very friendly, great customer service. The surrounding area is also very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

The property had clearly been updated / renovated recently. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free continental breakfast had plenty of options and was tasty. We’d stay there again.

A really nice, clean hotel. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip - we loved the make-your-own waffles, meat and eggs, and the fresh cookies on check-in were a bonus! Conveniently located for the Wildlife Reserve.

Male staff at the time of our check-in process was very kind and professional. At the time of check-ou on the next day in early morning hour female staff who helped us was also very kind and professional. Good smiles from them were what we apprecaited.

Exceptional Staff

The hotel staff were amazing--friendly, helpful, and engaging. Our rooms were clean, free coffee was provided, and a great warm breakfast set up early! We got to eat before driving out to see the sand hill cranes wake up. Thank you all for making our stay free of issues!
