Te sentirás como en casa en este acogedor dúplex nuevo que está convenientemente ubicado en un vecindario tranquilo que cuenta con áreas privadas, excelentes vecinos y una excelente ubicación. A poca distancia del centro y un parque. Nuestra casa también incluye cómodas camas con una cama king-tempur-pedic en el dormitorio principal con baño principal contiguo, lavabos dobles y duchas nuevas. Más información El espacio Esta propiedad fue la cuarta casa construida en Alamosa en 1881 en 400 acres. La casa original tuvo que ser demolida debido a problemas estructurales. Esta nueva casa fue reconstruida como una propiedad de inversión, y pensó que sería un alquiler de vacaciones familiar perfecto debido a su ubicación tan convenientemente ubicada cerca del centro y Cole Park, donde se llevan a cabo varios grandes eventos. Great stay!

We really enjoyed staying in this duplex. It was a cozy home away from home with lots of fun toys- the air hockey was a huge hit!- and great location close to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. 4 stars on cleanliness because when we sat on the carpets we got covered in dog fur. A golden retriever had definitely stayed there before we did. Otherwise very clean.

We loved this home and all of the extras provided. There was a snack basket, laundry pods, bounce sheets, spices, coffee/kcups/tea, shampoo/conditioner, bodywash. Very clean and nicely decorated. Close to the college and downtown.

Trip to Sand Dunes NP

This little home in Alamosa was perfect for our family of 4. It is two blocks from coffee shops and restaurants on the main drag through Alamosa. It is also walking distance to a nice park for the kids. We drove to the Sand Dunes National Park both days we stayed - it was about 35-40 minute drive. The home was clean and check in/out was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home, AC, beautiful, comfortable and spotless. The furniture and bedding is all brand new and the pictures do not do it justice! Great house, right in town, walking distance to everything, and a short drive to the sand dunes.

Pleasant surprises!

We were delighted to find a basket of single-serving snacks on the kitchen counter, game tables in the garage (ping-pong, air hockey, & foosball), grill on the patio, & lots of fluffy towels! It’s very clean, and the host was very responsive.

Better than the listing pics!

This property was PERFECT for 2 couples dropping off our college kids. The location is so close to great food, and awesome coffee. It was so clean and has a massive garage with game tables and stuff if you traveled with a baby. It’s incredibly quiet. We will stay here again. They were so thoughtful having snacks which was perfect. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. Check in was fast and easy. The bathrooms are well stocked. The pictures need to be updated since this property looks much better in person. I hesitated writing such a great review because Im not sure how many awesome properties there are like this in such a tiny town. I’d love to keep this secret to myself, but sharing is caring! Enjoy your stay.

Comfortable and Cozy

The home was very comfortable and cozy, with room for all of us to relax. The boys loved that they had snacks available when we got there because after a 4-hour drive they were hungry. The fact that the property was pet friendly saved our vacation because our dog sitter flaked on us and it was great to be able to bring our pup and being able to make that decision at the last minute. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would rent there again.

Thoughtful Hosts

We frequently visit Alamosa and found this to be the best stay we’ve found. Lots of towels and washcloths, facial tissue and toilet paper takes excellent care of the basics. Well stocked kitchen and laundry are great for a lengthy stay. Access to garage and games put this place at the top of our list!

Visiting Alamosa CO in the summer is just about perfect. Staying in this sunny, cheerful well appointed home topped off a delightful visit. The location is great. A short walk to downtown shops, super close to a James Beard nominated restaurant called Friar’s Fork. The walkability can’t be beat. The neighborhood was quiet. Any and everything you might need to be comfortable has been thought of and is right there in the house. Nice linens on the beds and comfy living room furniture. We live over a thousand miles away from Alamosa but we’ll be back!

Great little town and even better home

Had a great time in this peaceful little location with great, comfortable rooms, very clean, and everything we needed. The kids had a blast in the garage with the game tables too, that was a huge bonus for thwm especially! The welcome basket was so helpful for our stay and a fun surprise. The house where I stayed is close to restaurants, parks & a bookstore. The property was very clean & has a full kitchen .It has three bedrooms, two. baths and a washer and drier There is a surprising amount of wildlife in Alamosa. I saw three Mule deer from the front porch of the house. I had a great time.

Worked perfectly for the 5 of us. Great location for going to the sand dunes - I can't imagine there are many that are closer since it's mostly open land for miles closer to the park. Walkable to restaurants and stores. Very cool older area. House was super clean and comfortable!

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for a quick weekend (4 adults, one toddler, and dogs) to check out the Great Sand Dunes and the house was exactly what we needed and more. The house is even better than the pictures indicate, and has all sorts of nice touches like snacks, bottled water, a high chair, etc. Fairly spacious and with a huge garage. Beyond expectations!!

accessible location

This place was so accessible to beautiful downtown! Just a few blocks from the park, river and restaurants. So clean and comfortable. We traveled with a toddler, a small child and a teenager and this house provided something for everyone. From snacks to games. We enjoyed ourselves and loved that we could cook our own meals! ♡
