"Hotel was NOT what I expected based on reviews & photos. Looks and feels like a budget hotel. Looks ran down, not a well maintained property. Multiple power outages during the first night of my stay (ended up transferring to a much better hotel). Beach and pool area are just OK, not nearly as nice as expected. Front desk NEVER answers the phone, placed multiple calls not once were they answered. Phone did not function in the room so I was unable to order room service. Food at Wreck Bar restaurant was pretty good, and the ‘mermaid’ swimming next to the bar was a cute feature.
Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel."
