We were very tired after arriving from a long flight. But the staff at Hotel Allegra really made me smile as soon as I got there. We checked in later in the evening, and we were greeted by friendly staff. They also recognized me right away, which was astonishing. The lobby and rooms were beautiful, especially with the wooden accents and features. The shower had a really good pressure, and the rooms were clean with lots of storage and thoughtful places to place your belongings The breakfast buffet was adequate for the price. Great selection of breads, cereals, and beverages. The hot items didn't look like much in the warmers, but that's because they were replenishing it consistently with fresh products. I just wish the hot items had a little bit more options. But overall, the staff is what made this place a great stay. It was also our first hotel in Zurich and they really helped me fall in love with Zurich.

The location was very close to bus and train service. 6 minute ride to the airport by bus and a 25 min ride by the rail to HbF. The hotel room was very spacious for our family of 5. Breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. We did not use the restaurant as it was closed during our stay. 2 grocery stores within walking distance. Pleanty of bakery and dinner options as well very close. Pillows were huge and plush and beds slept great. Our bathroom didnt have a door to the toilet area so no sharing vanity space at the same time.

This is an excellent hotel with outstanding transport connections to both the city center and the airport, making it extremely convenient for any stay. The location is ideal, whether you are traveling for business or leisure. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which really makes the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a wonderful place to stay that I would highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located near the train station. Unfortunately, the older woman and man at the front desk were quite grumpy, looked at us strangely when we asked questions, and seemed uninterested in helping. Thankfully, there was also a young man and a young woman who were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Overall, it was a good experience. It was just a shame that our refrigerator didn’t work and that there was a strange power adapter needed, even though we were within the EU.

The location of the hotel is only a few minutes away from Kloten train station, super easy to access public transit system. Rooms are newly renovated, nice and clean. Everyone in our group loved the bathroom! Great shower which is so important after a day of travel. Highly recommend to anyone. Staffs are all warm and helpful.
