We were very pleased with the accommodations which included two comfortable queen size beds, refrigerator to store our water and snacks, also the microwave oven which we did not use but appreciated having it in the event we did need it. The room also included a sofa with coffee table as well as a table to eat snacks. The extra sink outside the bathroom allowed two people to get ready to leave at the same time without having to wait for the other to finish. Very nice.

I had no complaints about the hotel except for the front desk service. Both checking in and checking out I had to wait longer than I should have. Especially when checking out, there was a line and no employee was to be found. I even called the hotel phone number and got connected to the manager and still that only took me to a voicemail. It is very irritating being 7 months pregnant, loaded up with luggage and having to wait forever to check out. When she finally did appear, she mosied out of the back with her coffee cup in hand like she didn't care that there were a bunch of people waiting and no one to help us.. Irritating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay in Youngstown, Ohio. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was easy to find. Plus, the staff was friendly and the room rate was very reasonable. We had a second room for my father, a senior citizen, who was equally delighted with his accommodations.

It was really nice place to stay. I really enjoy the comfort of the bed..

Requested No smoking gave me smoking room my son has asthma & offer no solution or help. I had to purchase bleach & fab breeze @ Walmart

It started with the fact that I requested a nonsmoking room and did not receive one. My son is an asthmatic and no accommodations were made for my request. The pool was too cold and cloudy (not clean) and the air temperature in the pool was totally unacceptably freezing. All in all with a few changes, the hotel could become better. But the smoking room absolutely ruined my stay.

This is a clean, comfortable location. Maintenance and attention to detail was very good. Rooms are quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Overall average rating. Hotel is located near shopping and restaurants. Offers smoking rooms for those that smoke. Does not offer hot tub rooms. Has a nice pool & jacuzzi off of the lobby all windows in view of everyone that checks in, giving the lobby a chlorine smell. Not the best layout. Continental breakfast was average too. As long as you are looking for basic sleep accommodations I would recommend this hotel.

Our room was absolutely freezing when we checked in. It was early March, and there was not heat on in the room.. It took 6 hours for the room to start getting warm. It was a chilly night's sleep. However, it was one of the quietest hotels we have ever stayed in, and the place was sold out for the night. The free breakfast was pretty good. The morning breakfast monitor was nice.

There was a reservation glitch on check-in but quickly resolved. The amenities and cleanliness were quite satisfactory, the location was the main selling point here, easy on and off I-80. There are plentiful restaurants close by particularly Denny's for breakfast. A better value for cost than the rock bottom Motel 8 and Days Inn nearby.

Clean place. The lobby has a smell from the pool and there was a line to check in but the bed was very comfortable, there was a tv and fridge.

Older hotel and not been remodeled lately. But the price was low considering it had a indoor hot tub and pool and fridge and microwave. The staff was not very courteous and a little rude. They were packed full and it was like the staff had never seen that before. Shower was awful, in the morning had no hot water (place was full and did not have the capacity to give hot water to everyone...cold shower not so good) The next day shower had hot water, but handle was very sensitive, either cold or nuclear, again not a very good shower. STAYED ONE NIGHT AND ENJOYED NEWLY OPENED SPORTS BAR AND GRILL ON FIRST FLOOR WITH good FOOD...THE POOL WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO PATRONS DUR TO A KIDS POOL PARTY.....

Room was clean and very neat. A little put off by general housekeeping in hallways and elevators. Hotel had many families staying and some children on my floor (looked to be between 6 and 12) were still running the halls at 3:45AM!Sleep wasn't the greatest. Overall,my stay was better than most hotels I've tried in the immediate area, with an experienced and helpful staff.

Hotel was run down, staff was indifferent, pool was GROSS, hot tub was broken, area was extremely run down, will NEVER stay in a Quality Inn again!!!!

We arrived late, travelling from New England to Missouri. Youngstown was exactly the middle of our trip, and the hotel was right off the highway and easy to find. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Our rooms were adjoining, allowing us to put the 4 year old twins to bed, and let the adults stay up watching tv for a while in the second room, with no worry of children wandering halls. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room temperature was easily controllable. We had shampoo and conditioner, a decent sized shower, and plenty of towels. Before embarking on a second 9-hour day of driving, we took our twins into the pool. It opened a bit late for us (9am, which meant we didn't leave the hotel until after 10am, pushing our arrival time at grandma's house a little late at night), but it was spacious, just the right temperature, and gave the kids a much needed chance to play and splash. They had a blast, and we did, too. Sitting in the car was much easier after a good breakfast and a swim. We liked this hotel so much that we booked it for our return trip!
