This hotel is reasonable priced and is convenient to areas I visit. There were issues with the shower gel not being refilled prior to arrival and with the dispenser for hand soap falling off the wall. In addition, the staffing was very limited and I had to change my own sheets.
Our suite was perfect for 4 adults. Breakfast was amazing. Also enjoyed the warm pool.
We checked in at almost midnight after a drive from NY for graduation. Upon entering the room I instantly wished we were staying longer. Guy at front desk was friendly. Room was immaculate.

Despite many signs about COVID protocols, not a single employee wore a mask. When we were checking in another visitor was quoted a price $80 less than what we paid on Orbitz and front desk staff they could not do any price adjustments on 3rd party bookings. No safe in room. We travel to this area several times a year and will not stay here again.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Unfortunately I got a room next to teenagers who were loud (loud talking, going in and out of room, banging sounds from room) into the night. I just turned up the television and it wasn't a problem. I overheard that they were in some kind of tournament or something.
This property is well maintained, clean and has a welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. It is also convenient to several chain restaurants, convenience stores, and Starbucks for that morning pick-me-up.
Hotel was nice and clean. Good and polite staff. Full Breakfast. Comfy bed. Would certainly stay there again.

Good evening! Thank you for choosing our award winning Hampton Inn & Suites - Canfield as your host this past weekend. Hotel rates fluctuate on a daily basis, depending on occupancy, and time of booking. Not really sure why there was such disparity in the rates, when checking in this past Friday. Contracts with 3rd party booking sites, are between the 3rd party, and the individual who secured those accommodations. We do not interfere in those contracts. There are no safes in the guest rooms. We do however, have safety deposit boxes at the front office desk. We follow state, local, and county protocols, as they relate to COVID.
