I liked having access to the bath. However, it was a little confusing because the staff did not give us the special bath key card when we first checked in. So we thought we could use our room key. But instead we had to go back to the desk to ask for the bath key card. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. There's no view out the window, though, even if you open the window.

I did not know about the room was not have view or window because we checked in at evening and when next morning was very dark in the room and I open the curtain then I found out the window was fake. very uncomfortable then I called front desk to speak with staff then she said to me no room this hotel window for twin room. the room wall was dirty that looks like never clean ( coffee or some water splashed and stain ) and only one laundry machine in the hotel inside big bath room and it was very in convenient. The staff was not good response my request and even though I can not talk with the Manager that time. anyway I would not recommend to choose this hotel.

馬車道駅から近く、周辺にお店もたくさんありとても便利な立地でした。 部屋は経年劣化がありますが綺麗に整えられています。広さも1人なら充分です。ただ、ところどころバスルームに黒カビがあり気になりました。 女性用大浴場は狭いホテルが多い中、こちらは広くて良かったです。洗い場も6ヶ所と充分です。なのに脱衣所が狭いです。激狭です。そこは残念でした。 朝食は品数、量、味ともに満足です。時間で区切られているので混んではいましたが座れない・料理が足りないなどの問題もなくゆっくり食事できました。 また機会があったら利用したいと思います。
