Don’t stay at this hotel!

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. When we got to the hotel, they told us the system was down and refused to give us a room even though I had prepaid and had a confirmation number. They didn’t want to try to help and left us stranded. I will never stay here again. 0 out of 10

The train that came every two hours I would have never built a hotel by a working train track This should be mentioned in your ad The furniture in my room needs to be updated the fronts were broken an scratched bad an the bathroom sink needs to be painted or stained. The bed could use a soft topper They were doing some remodeling so maybe all the rooms will be added. The staff was very nice an helpful Hampton inn is my favorite places to stay
