The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was very clean. Landscaping and public areas were very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable and TV worked well. Room was dated and could use a spruce up would be the only complaint. We had a very good 4 day stay. Location was very convenient to highway and downtown Wytheville.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We picked it cause it was cheaper and next to the interstate as we were making our holiday trip, but there was a fridge, microwave, and I didn't even want to get out of the bed to get out on the road.
Breakfast really good, comparable to Drury. Can't think of anything we didn't like!
The bathroom is a mess. Shelf under sink - has to place a towel over the board to protect our feet. The stairs and entrance areas were not safe for footing carrying baggage. Needs some work!
This hotel was a perfectly fine stop along the interstate on a long family trip. The breakfast was pretty good.

We found the hotel to be a pleasant surprise. When we first pulled up to the hotel, we weren't sure of it's overall appeal. It is in a residential neighborhood and off the beaten path. After staying there, we found it to be quiet and secure and not far from the town and it's amenities. It was clean and pleasant looking both inside and out.
We chose this hotel for it was the closet to Bristol Speedway that had great rates and we felt that we would get a good clean room from a name we can trust. This was not the best we have ever stayed at, but it was not the worst. Over all the staff was very nice, hotel and room were clean and the waffles at breakfast were great.
Average service, did not provide non smokeing room as promised/confirmed on Orbitz site. Hotel did not offer to change or compensate travelers for unavailibility of non-smokeing room. NOT A PLEASENT EXPERIENCE.
