CLEAN! Nice staff. Super clean room including bathroom. Comfortable beds and nice amenities. I left an IHG hotel of the same class the same day because it was so dirty. And I’m was a loyalty member. Now I will be staying at this Tru for my VA travels.

Check-in was OK, nothing special. The room had several small things that were not right. The window shade was stuck in the down position and couldn't be adjusted, we tried. The television was clearly not the original size that was intended for the space. The TV that was in place was smaller, had wires hanging below and looked untidy and thrown together. The heating system worked but seemed to keep the room very warm regardless of how much we adjusted the desired temperature down. several small things that were not good made for a "blah" impression of the property.

Very clean and comfortable but SO LOUD that none of us could sleep - conversations in the hallway outside our door at 10-11pm (including the staff themselves) and puppy next door crying loudly all night till 1am when owners returned. Hardly got any sleep at all. Other than that I have only good things to say!
