Front desk greeting and check in was excellent
Average property. A few issues with the room. TV was tiny for today standards and color was off with large spot in the center of the screen. Toilet flush chain kept falling off. Security latch was put on backwards so it didn’t work at all. Mentioned all to front desk but he didn’t take a note so I doubt anything was done. Rm 109. Stayed for work. Em and hotel seems clean and comfortable. Bed was good, AC was good. Water was hit with good pressure. Breakfast was typical. Average stay for the price. Nothing special but nothing really bad either.

Easy access to downtown and highway, but back enough to be quiet
We did not feel comfortable at all in this hotel. It feels like it is no longer cared for. We walked into the room and immediately felt uneasy. Because of COVID we are taking extra precautions to be safe by wiping things down before touching them and it just felt like we were doing more than the hotel did. So much dust. We ended up leaving , no sense of peace of mind there and that is so important during these times.
My daughter and I stayed here the other night on our way to Blacksburg. It is conveniently located and the staff was friendly and courteous. The room was awesome - big, spacious, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I thought the closet behind a mirror door was an awesome way to disguise the closet! I had been extremely tired on the drive up and the bed was so comfortable I fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow! :) The breakfast was good and we were on our way! Will definitely stay here again...
Met a friend in town and needed a place for a quick overnight. Great clean hotel.
Contacting to confirm reservations was NOT easy. Once checked in, the room was fine. Compared to other Hampton Inn hotels, I found it lacking.
Good Hotel with nice breakfast area, close to highway
We stayed at this hotel because it was a reasonable price for a Hampton considering it was Bristol Speedway weekend. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. I would stay here again.
Accomodations and service were OK but not up to the standard seen at other Hampton Inn locations (example Richmond VA). Because rate was considerably higher than for other motels in the area, we expected better.

We reserved this hotel for our trip to the NASCAR Bristol race. It was close enough to the track (1 1/2 hrs) but far enough away to get away from the heavy traffic and high prices if we had actually stayed in Bristol, TN. The staff was very courteous when we checked in and showed us where our room was and informed us about the complimentary hot breakfast in the mornings. Our room was great, as well. It was more than we expected. Very well maintained and fully stocked. Free high speed internet and flat screen television. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.
