Beds were comfy, room was clean, and breakfast was surprisingly good. Location was a little tricky with the road being so very close to the entrance ramp of 77 but that can’t be helped. Just want others to be aware.

Our renovated top-floor room was well-lit, tile floor is easy to clean. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was good. Only negative was the loose shower faucet.

Worst hotel experience ever

The night clerk was not at the desk when we went to check in. Had to ring the bell and he was like I’ll be right there I’m warming up my food. Cool no problem well then he gets to desk and it takes him another five minutes to actually come up to the desk to check us in. He then proceeded to offer my two year old a water bottle which we refused. And then he proceeded to say he wasn’t talking to us he was talking to her. We finally get to our room. We came out to get ice and I asked for more bags he proceeded to ask my 2y/o for a high five and she gave him one he then proceeded to grab her wrist and ask a million questions. On the way back to our room he asked her for another high five and then grabbed her wrist again and said “ you come home with me you don’t go with your parents. “ he made me , my husband and my daughter uncomfortable. We checked out the next day.

Nice, clean and friendly

Really clean and friendly staff. Stayed just 1 night but had every thing needed and a delicious breakfast, my kids loved the waffles!

I purchased 2 kings via hotels.com, but got 2 queens. I showed the front desk my email confirmation and he said take it up with my manager tomorrow morning. Off-putting attitude.
