"I have ben in the home renovation business for almost 30 years. The room had a leak in the kitchen which the staff was aware of but still put me in the room. I woke the first mornig with a water all over the kitchen floor. The reason I know they were aware of it is because the paint was peiling due to prior water damage. When taking a shower water leaked on the floor due to the glass shower enclosure not properly sealed with silicone. I'm a senior citizen. When I was moved to a new room I had to carry my luggage down and up stairs. A young male was at the front desk but a female was sent to assist in the room change. I called down for towels and washcloths, they never arrived. I don't think I will return. Grounds were beatify and staff was were very friendly."
