Beach view fabulous, staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean bit dated ( we stayed in the original building) pool was clean, but could do with a deep clean. We stayed at Dover beach 35 years ago, so the facilities and building had obviously changed. There was two new buildings and the original one. My comments are based on the original building, so this just needs abit of an update. Would definitely stay again, really enjoyed our break.

Clean and ideally located. Small hotel with friendly staff. Good value for the price. Wish the towels were more readily available. We were told that they had to wash the towels in our room in order to replace them. Gym equipment was dated and one machine did not work. Overall my fiance and I had a good experience staying there. We would stay there again.

The attitude of the staff at the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Because family and friends felt so upset about the way we were treated by the staff, it ruined part of our vacation. The food as well was really horrible. There was one front desk staff that was really wonderful when we checked in but on the second day the front desk attendant attitude was absolutely horrible. We will never be staying here again.

Comfortable, Friendly, and Family-Friendly

Although we arrived late, everything was ready at the front desk, and we were warmly welcomed after hours by the night security. Our stay was smooth and without any issues. The staff were courteous, respectful, and always friendly. The manager even checked in on us personally, which made us feel really valued. We were traveling with a physically challenged adult and had no trouble getting around with a wheelchair, even though some minor renovations were taking place. All in all, a very comfortable and welcoming family stay. We would certainly recommend this hotel.
