Small in size was a nice property service was outstanding Food service and all food prepared was best I have ever had at an all inclusive (been to over 10) Beach was nice a few rocks in the water but very useable to cool off in or swim laps not much to see snorkeling Not a great walking beach Beach crew service and equipment were all good shops in the area not many you need to walk a bit or taxi tour service all good

close to bridge town which is a famous in Barbados.

Beautiful beach... The only complaint I had was that the water in our room and the shower was cold

I don’t like that the food stops at 10p.m. I think food should be served till midnight. Also the fact that you can only eat at the restaurant 2 times within the week. After that you have to pay is ridiculous to me because I’m supposed to be at an all inclusive resort. I’ve never been to a resort that does that. People should be able to eat at the restaurants everyday if they want too. The food was delicious. They also charge for Hennessy & Patron which I feel that they shouldn’t. If Sugar Bae fixed these issues they would be perfect.

Hotel location is excellent, right at the beautiful beach. All hotel personel is very friendly, providing ecxellent service, going above and beyond every day! Pleasent, worm atmosphere, great live entertainment at night, great variety of food. We will definitively come back.

Very small resort compared to resorts I’ve been on. This is more of a large hotel and the amenities are the same as a fancy hotel. There is only one pool on resort and it’s shallow , deepest part is 3 feet which was so disappointing, I’m shocked other reviews didn’t say that.. the other pool is not a pool it’s a five foot long puddle of water that you can put your feet in, I was surprised they considered it a pool. no one would go in it. The staff is scared of British guests and will cater to them over you if your American even though British people do not tip since it’s not there custom like Americans- we had two bartenders that explained that to us. If you waste any food on your plate some of the staff make comments to you hinting at the fact your being wasteful, that made my wife and I uncomfortable since he happened a few times. Barbados is not a place you should do an all inclusive resort , the island is safe. You can rent a car and get a nice hotel or just use taxi service and get better food and drinks out doors . This resort has bottom shelf alcohol and it’s not worth the money to stay here .

Front desk staff Kiesha and Kenquie were pleasant as well as Dylan the bellhop and all around guy. Ramario and Joel the bartenders were wonderful and accommodating. The staff at Umi especially Tamika L and Javeer all around and spectacular service at Sizzle. I have already recommend Sugarbay and would return on my next visit. The only negative that there was not a location at the pool to get towels you had to walk all the way down near Collins and get your towel if you're an early riser the night before at they are not usually open until 8:30-9 a.m.

The people were great!!! Food and drinks were awesome. We loved everything about it.

This is like a BOUTIQUE HOTEL. .. Everyone was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. Great location. Food was good. Beach was lovely and in walking distance of the boardwalk. Make sure you spring for a oceanfront room well worth it....If you have hip or knee problems I suggest requesting 1st floor. There is only one elevator on one side of the hotel.

Nice resort close to the beach. Staff very helpful and nice.

Typically great bar staff. Some of the servers and front desk staff were not as helpful or friendly. They did a great job with the New Years Eve party with great food, entertainment and fireworks! Overall nice resort, small, but beautiful beaches and enough beach chairs for everyone on the beach. Food overall was pretty good, UMI was great (specialty restaurant) and was disappointed that we did not get to try the steak house.

Right on the beach. Staff are very friendly and considerate. Not a big place , not much to do at night . Beach, pool are great . Beatiful sunsets.

Beautiful resort! Excellent food and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! By far, the best all-inclusive resort we’ve ever been to!

We are happy to know that you enjoyed your overall stay with us and we are sorry to discover there were aspects of your stay that caused concern. Guests can get their beach towels from our Front Desk during the morning hours before our water sports station is open. This location is just around the corner from the pool. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
