I have been staying at the Residence Inn for almost 4 weeks now. Jenney Cataldo has gone above and beyond for me each week in assisting me with booking and making sure that I have a room suitable for my work related stay. In addition, the staff are very friendly at the hotel and make the stay enjoyable. I feel like I am in a community rather than in a hotel!

We usually have a one bedroom but this trip had a two. Was pleasantly surprised with the stove and fireplace. Felt more homey and super clean. Plenty of room for a family of five. Staff was very accommodating and friendly

The staff at Residence Inn Marlborough went above and beyond to assist in the planning and event of the wedding accommodations! From the beginning, Chelsea Coates and her team were excellent with communication and sitting down with my parents for a detailed meeting! We decided to use their lobby area for an after party which was perfect! Even when staff changes were made their Director of Sales Jenney Cataldo took over without any trouble! Jenney was able to ensure early check in for the guests who needed it, even though the hotel was completely booked. From helping me unpack my car with guest bags to calling dominoes pizza with a detailed order for the night of the wedding, I am so impressed with their service!

This is the 2nd night in a row I have burnt up in my room! This is crazy! There is no one here at this hour to fix anything, and when I woke up this morning I thought maybe it had just started working because the set point of 60° had beet accomplished by the time I awoke. I just dont understand why the unit wont kick on amd it is 71° in here!! I only want it to cool off a couple of degrees so I can fall asleep. Sheesh this is the pits!

I've been to a lot of residence inns, this one was one of my least favourite. Don't get me wrong, comparing this to a four star hotel this one looks great, but compared to other residence inns this one is weak. The sofa bed in our room (317 perhaps) was not in good condition. It sagged towards the middle and was so thin the springs were easily felt in my back. The temperature in the room was not even as well, with the bedroom being much colder and the other room was hot. For breakfast the larger sized caucasian lady was not pleasant at all. I don't say this to get her in trouble but rather perhaps she can improve and just be a bit more pleasant in her interactions with others.

Jenney and all of her team were absolutely phenomenal. Very attentive to the whole group's needs. Facility was extremely clean, elegant, great staff, and without a doubt would stay at a Residence Inn again.

We went down for a hockey tournament and although the hotel was full Jenney and her team were amazing. The facilities are first rate and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is across the street from the rink so the location is ideal. Definitely plan on staying there again next summer.

I have had my fair share of stays at hotels and I have to say that I couldn't have been more happy and comfortable with my stay . The women at the desk was so pleasant and helpful with directions to some nearby restaurants. I overall LOVE when I get great customer service and have to share my happy thoughts and experience with others ! I highly recommend to stay at this hotel . All though it was about 30 minutes with traffic out of my way to go to Milford it was so worth the trip! Clean rooms! A+

We stayed at this hotel to attend a sports event at a nearby University. Check in was quick and accurate. The hotel is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. There were many amenities including a basketball court, small putting green and barbecue area outside. The breakfast was free and included hot scrambled eggs , sausage and waffles. In addition, a yogurt parfait bar. The coffee bar was Great and offered extras like cinnamon, cream, soy milk and regular milk. There were lots of separated areas to relax or eat breakfast

We stayed in the Residence Inn Marlborough over the July 4th weekend. We thought the hotel would be filled with people heading to Boston for the weekend but it was just the opposite. We were surprised how few people we saw during our 3 night stay. We stayed here because we were traveling with our dog and the Residence Inns are very accommodating to families traveling with pets. We were checked in quickly and the all the staff were very nice at the front desk. The free breakfast had many options including eggs, fruit, cheese, yogurt, and lots of toppings for your waffles, cereal and yogurt. I even enjoyed having the option to make iced coffee and the choice of milk, cream, soy, and skim milk. The hotel employee Sue worked hard to refill everything keep the area clean and was friendly to all the guests. The room was nicely laid out -we had the 2 bedroom suite which gave us plenty of room for our family and dog. We sat out at the patio area several times which was clean and nice. There are BBQ grills, bball court and a putting green. There is also an indoor pool that I saw several people using. The hotel was located in a corporate area and I expect many guests stay here for several weeks at a time. The nearest restaurants are several miles away. There is a mall with Bertuccis, TGI Fridays and a food court and an Olive Garden across the street from the mall. There's also a Target nearby. If we are in this area again we would definitely return.
