Nice place horribly noisy. They built this place like a tinder box, all wood with stupid heavy metal room doors. Couldnt sleep always bangs in the night 24/7. Try it out you'll agree......im not again lol

I am the assistant Coach and Manager of a youth hockey team. We were playing in a tournament in the New England Sports Center and decided to stay across the street at this property. I was immediately referred to Kristyanna Power. Kristyanna was incredible. Her demeanor and service was unmatched in my experience of booking hotels for youth hockey tournaments. In one afternoon, we created the block, signed contracts, settled on rates, and had a number and email for the parents to use to access the block. The location was the best I have ever had for a hockey tournament just across the street from the rink, so close we walked all 3 days. This was so convenient since there is limited parking in close proximity at the facility because it now has 10 sheets of ice. The roos were huge, kitchens were equipped and stocked with things you usually have to buy on the road. Special thanks to Kristyanna for making the trip with 13 families a special one.

Very good option, the main area is well designed and it has all the amenities. Room are clean and the space is very good. The gym has all the basic, Pool is small but it's indoor. free breakfast. and free wifi

Our hockey team and families stayed last weekend for a tournament. Kristyanna was extremely helpful with coordinating everything for us. The rooms are super clean and I loved that our room had a kitchenette. The staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

My family and I stayed for the weekend recently and this hotel is the whole package. Between Kristyanna, the phenomenal sales coordinator, helping set up the reservation and the man at the front desk with a speedy check in, I was extremely pleased. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast was impressive with a good amount of options, every employee greeted me with a warm welcome. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to come back!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Jenney Cataldo and Erin Walsh took great care of me when I lost heat/hot water in my home and needed immediate accommodations for several days at a good price. Their kind assistance and attentive service were outstanding. I’ve stayed in many extended-stay type hotels in the area and The Residence Inn was by far the best and offers the greatest value around. The room was comfortable, very clean, spacious, and the bed and couch were comfy and in good shape. I liked that the TV swiveled so you could watch either from the bed or from the living room couch. The WiFi ran fast so I was able to work from the room with no issues. I was impressed by the large kitchenette - it was well equipped with needed kitchen items and had more counter & storage space than I’ve seen in some apartments. The hot breakfast that’s included was good and offered a decent variety and healthy options. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Me and my family (husband and two girls) have been staying at this hotel for about 3 months now. Everyone has been amazing and so helpful! I can’t thank everyone enough for making us feel like home since we ate so far away from our actual home in NC. Thank you so very much to Kristyanna Powers in hospitality for always being so kind and sweet and for bringing us all the goodies while we have been staying here! The girls have loved them and we can’t thank you enough for everything you have done! You have been amazing!! If we ever come back to Marlborough we will be staying at this hotel again for sure! Thanks, Ottaway Family

I have used this location for my tournament staff for the past seven years. Always a very clean and well kept facility. Staff is very willing to help out whether it is in booking, modifications or needs while in the facility. Dealing with Kristyanne Power and Jenney Cataldo has been outstanding.

I did a lot of research looking for the right place to stay. We needed a family friendly base to work from while visiting New England. This hotel did the job perfectly. We had a two bedroom suite which meant we had a great space to relax and eat after a long day. The pool was lovely and offered a great way to unwind. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Positives: -location, far enough out of Boston to allow us to go all over without going through Boston traffic. -amenities were great, pool, breakfast, parking, free snacks on certain nights. -quiet area, although we did get stuck with some loud kids upstairs one night. -close to target (Starbucks and pizza hut inside) and close to the mall. You can definitely walk to target but the mall I’m not so sure. -various access door around the hotel meant you could park close to your room and didn’t have to keep going through reception. Negatives. -one member of staff was slightly rude but the next time I saw him he was very polite. - it’s a shame there is not a quicker link to the interstates. The hotel is sandwiched between two main roads but it’s a drive past the mall to reach them. If we return to the area we would definitely book this hotel again.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Boston Marlborough for one night while passing through the Boston area. Picked the hotel at the last minute, and we couldn't be happier! The hotel is kept extremely clean and very well presented. Rooms were a good size with the separate bedroom and living room. Breakfast was great. Good variety and everything tasted great, as the breakfast staff kept things in good order. The staff in general was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming! Ali at the front desk quickly checked us in and where there to help when we needed. And in the morning while at breakfast we spoke to Larry for a few minutes, who made us feel very welcomed and took a real interest in us enjoying our stay and making sure our baby had everything she needed. We've stayed at many Residence Inns, and feel this was one of the best experiences, and look forward to staying again.
