We are new to Vrbo, but not new to hosting. On the other big short-term-rental site, we have been "Super Hosts" for the past 9 years, our home has always been a "Guest Favorite" and we currently have a 4.93 rating on 59 reviews.
Welcome to the home of Neil & Mahi. We moved from the hustle & bustle of NYC to the peace and quiet of beautiful Marlborough and we rent out our home when we are away.
Marlborough offers many historical places to visit nearby including the Wayside Inn and Walden Pond. There are also several great hiking trails in the area and in the summer Memorial Beach is a joy!
The house is about a 40 min drive to Boston (including Logan airport), 1 hour to Providence, RI and 45 mins to New Hampshire too.
The space:
The downstairs is open-concept. It includes a half bath, the dining room, the kitchen and the living room which has a natural gas fireplace. The first floor also features a walkout deck which leads down to the fenced-in backyard.
The upstairs includes 4 rooms.
1) the master bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite master bathroom
2) a second bedroom with a full size bed and, a TV and a desk
3) a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a desk.
4) a separate full bathroom

My family and I needed a place to stay at the last minute due to emergency repairs in our home. Neil could not have been more responsive, helpful, accommodating, and gracious. The home was quiet, cozy, clean, and exactly as pictured. I had to extend the stay, again last minute, and Neil worked with me to ensure that was possible. We loved our stay here! House was super clean and nice! It was an amazing home away from home for the week. My daughter had a hockey camp and staying here allowed us to relax and recharge at night. Super convenient location close to a Target, Starbucks and a Chipotle. (A necessity for teenagers. :)) We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area!
