The hotel staff was lovely and were nice enough to put me on a floor of the hotel that was not lodging the hundreds of young hockey kids in town for me to have a quite evening.
Because I booked late the room cost $148.00 which was higher than I wanted. My sister had booked her room earlier and it was $128.00. BUT....when we left we BOTH though we got our money's worth. We loved our rooms, the staff and the wonderful breakfast! Cecelia Hinchey
Great breakfast. Tell the cook you want your omlet with eggs. We had a great stay.
Hotel and room was very nice. We come here quite often and enjoy our stay each time. Great customer service. The only negative thing was the Jacuzzi was down that our visit, but it was not much of a big deal. We still enjoyed our stay.
What's not to love, the rooms are all suites! The rooms were very nice and super comfortable. I had a very quiet and relaxing couple of days. The only reason I did not go for 5 stars was that the furniture, etc. was dated. It's time to update. Otherwise, just lovely and would definitely stay again.
I stayed here for a wedding nearby and overall the hotel was nice and clean and had a large room. My only major problem was that the elevator wasn't working propery and while the hotel staff was trying to take care of the matter - it still meant that I was using stairs to get to my 6th floor room because it was at least a 10 minute wait to get on an elevator, needless to I got my workout that weekend. I know problems like this are going to happen time to time though, so I'd stay here again in the future.
Friendly and accommodating staff, clean NON-SMOKING room, good location. Breakfast quality far inferior to some other Embassy Suites I've stayed at.
We needed a clean place to stay over night. This was much more than that.
we were attending a youth Hockey tournament which our grandson was playing - New England Sports center. Many teams were staying and they have activities during the day for times between hockey games. the breakfast buffet included has made to order eggs/pancakes as well as other available hot and cold items - the suites include a separate sitting area and both refrigerator and microwave are provided to make it very easy for families to manage
Late arrival went smoothly (after Midnight). Quiet and spacious room, well equipped fitness center (but tight quarters) and very large assortment at Breakfast with made to order omelets. Only problem was we arrived at breakfast after a large contingent of children who cleaned out the selections. Staff was very pleasant.
Great staff. They outlined how to use the commuter rail and places to go with the kids. Local italian restaurant just down the street was great.
very helpful when we needed something. They responded immediateley
Nice room. Bedroom of the suite was a little small, but the room was clean and well appointed. The hot apple cider in the lobby was a great touch! If I am back in the area this is my first choice for lodging.
Bed is very comfortable
It was fantastic. I lost my business cellphone and later it was returned by Hotel!
I just stayed their one night. I was there for about 9 hours. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff was polite. The 2 TVs were nice, large flat screens.
This is a great hotel. I was in Boston for business and Embassy Suites Marlborough had all the amentities I needed. The all suite hotel has large two room suites with a fold out couch in one room and a King or two doubles in the other. Rooms featured a minifridge and microwave and coffee maker. The indoor pool and hottub were great and stocked with clean towels. Longhorn Steakhouse right next door as well as other restaurants. Of course the made to order breakfast included with the room was a great way to start each day. USA Today slid under my door each morning is a great touch.
