Comfortable and compkee!

Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Plenty of room for 6 adults snd 7 children. Games snd outdoor things to do as well! Fun stay!

Great Place to Stay

We were a group of 9 people and had enough room for everyone. The place was really clean upon arrival and worked well for all of us. The host worked with us to help clear the driveway when it was snowing and helped make a great experience. We would stay here again.

Fantastic cabin with all the bills and whistles extremely clean, and a great location

we had a great, relaxing time, and really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that we felt was different. Was that we had to take all the bedsheets and leave them in the washer room. I would think that would be part of the cleaning crew. Other than that. It’s a great Kevin.

Private acreage-great family VRBO

We stayed here with 10 adults and four little ones and it worked great. We really liked the quietness of the acreage and the fun outdoor play spaces. The house was very clean and had everything needed for it to be a hospitable place to be for the week. It was close enough to the Dells that we made make trips back and forth.

Family vacation 2024

This was our first trip to the Dells and this cabin was perfect. A short 10 minutes from all the Dells activities and a nice quiet area. We had two families including 4 adults and 6 teenagers. Everyone had their own space and the outside area was perfect to run around. We used the fire pit every night and the host even fogged for mosquitoes for us. Very clean and host was easy to work with. Definitely recommend for a large group or anyone looking for a stay outside of all the other touristy resorts.

Great Visit

We had a wonderful time with our family at the Lazy Elk! The house was perfect for our group with lots to do for kids and adults. Very close to all things in the Dells! Kelly was super responsive and helpful when the coffee maker didn’t work. She brought us a new one. I would highly recommend the Lazy Elk!

Super clean lodge with very relaxing outdoor space

My family and I stayed at this lodge for our family reunion. The lodge was immaculate! I used to clean for a job and have worked in the hospitality industry and I notice when things are cleaned well. When I say it was immaculate I mean it, even the window tracks were cleaned and dust free. So much attention was made to providing us a comfortable stay and my dad who has worked in construction noticed so much attention to detail in the build. The outdoor space was great. It was so quiet and very nice to only hear your group and the sounds of nature. All the games and hammock were appreciated by the whole group. We used the fire pit every night and drank coffee on the porch each morning. We took a couple day trips to a waterpark and the chapel gorge trail was stunning. I was afraid it would feel too far from activities in town but we didn’t mind the drive at all. It was well worth it for the privacy and quiet and the drive itself is very beautiful and scenic. It only took about 10-15 min to get to most places. I loved the simplicity of the decor. A lot of vacation homes have too much decor and with small kids we really appreciated not needing to pack away half the items in the house to keep the kids away from them. I really cannot say enough good things about this property! We had great communication with the owner as well. We absolutely loved it and if we come back to the dells we would look into staying here again.

Great cabin for family getaway!

This cabin was exactly what we were looking for to enjoy Spring break with the family. It’s spacious, clean and beautiful. We couldn’t do a bonfire because of rainy days but the game room downstairs was a hit! Also watching movies with fireplace on. We were amazed by the availability of pans, pots, utencils and towels. Definitely recommend staying here! The host was great with communication and instructions about arrival/departure.

Great stat, cool amenities and nice property! The weather wasn’t the best, so didn’t get to enjoy the outside amenities.. but if we come back we’ll make sure to be in warm weather because it looks nice!

Good time

Things were very clean, which is super important. It snowed while we were there and there was good communication for snow removal and it was dealt with in a timely manner. Lots of open space and plenty of seating. Kitchen was well stocked and nice and clean. Lots of extra blankets in the house which was nice. Beds were just okay. Overall a nice stay.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting the dells. Spacious, clean, stocked with really nice kitchen supplies, games and books. It didn’t feel like a rental but a loved cabin.

Ski Weekend

We had a great stay at the Lazy Elk! Perfect for our first ski trip with 2 families. It was about 30 minutes to the mountain and 20 minutes to the dells waterparks. Convenient, clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Wonderful Spacious Dells Getaway!

We had a great stay! Close to water parks, go karts restaurants and ice cream! We had plenty of space for the kids to play. The kids games that were available were great for our family. The kids LOVED them. The hammock was a nice added touch and we enjoyed that. The fire pit area was great. We would recommend a fly swatter, more towels, dressers (or a place to set your suitcase in the bedrooms) and grill accessories like a lighter and a charcoal chimney. The amenities were great. We would recommend this place for families. Our group was 12 people. We enjoyed meals at the house and enjoyed listening to the peacefulness of the birds, frogs, and cicadas.
