Newly renovated 1 bed, 1 bath unit in the historic West End neighborhood of Winston Salem. Conveniently located near 2 hospitals, Hanes Park, the YMCA, the ballpark, and downtown; this place has it all! In addition to historic character and a wraparound porch, you will fall in love with the spacious shower with rainfall and standard shower heads, and sleep well in the large bedroom featuring a pillow top, king size bed and black-out curtains over the bedroom windows. Washer and dryer is included

I live very close and I am accessible in an emergency or if there is an issue or need.

West End is a picturesque and highly walkable, historic area just outside of downtown Winston-Salem. You can reach some of the area's finest eateries, bars, and bakeries within minutes on foot or by car. Recreation is just up the street. Hanes Park features open fields, playgrounds, tennis and pickle-ball courts, baseball fields, and walking paths and is right across from the William G White YMCA. In addition, the area's largest hospital is just blocks away.

We have a parking slab in front of the home that offers limited, free parking to guests. There is free street parking available as well.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Convenient location near Hanes park - perfect one bedroom apartment w/ a spacious bathroom and washer / dryer! It is a duplex an old (renovated) house so you can hear upstairs neighbors occasonally but not an issue unless you are very sound sensitive! Definitely would book again!

Great place. Neighborhood was a little dicey feeling, with several rundown properties. Don’t expect Google Maps to find this easily. There’s a South Sunset it always seems to find. North Sunset has to be manually entered!

The apartment is very well maintained new appliances and all. The property manager has done a beautifully job with decorating and definitely pays attention to detail. The location is great with plenty to do just a short walk or drive away. There was one slight miscommunication that was more my fault than the property managers. This spot was very clean, modern and close to various things to see and explore in Winston-Salem. Very spacious and comfortable for a night in relaxing with a friend too. The shower situation was excellent! Outside of biking at Salem park the place was one of the trip highlights for my friend and I.
