As described

This spot was very clean, modern and close to various things to see and explore in Winston-Salem. Very spacious and comfortable for a night in relaxing with a friend too. The shower situation was excellent! Outside of biking at Salem park the place was one of the trip highlights for my friend and I.

Great place. Neighborhood was a little dicey feeling, with several rundown properties. Don’t expect Google Maps to find this easily. There’s a South Sunset it always seems to find. North Sunset has to be manually entered!

Absolutely awesome!!!

The apartment is very well maintained new appliances and all. The property manager has done a beautifully job with decorating and definitely pays attention to detail. The location is great with plenty to do just a short walk or drive away. There was one slight miscommunication that was more my fault than the property managers. Overall, an absolutely awesome experience. We will be back for certain. Thanks Katy!!!
