Never will stay here again, the king size bed was so hard felt like I was laying on a box spring the bed was broken had a huge sink hole in the middle of the bed! Only stayed here due to everything being booked for GHOE homecoming and I had rather slept inside my car! They young lady who checked us in was very sweet and fast with checking this location needs to be shut down it’s dirty and so much noise kids running inland down the hall coming up to our door leaving if against it, mind you it was 1am wouldn’t have minded the kids through the daytime but at 1am was ridiculous ppl outside with fireworks screaming and hollering and junkies roaming through the property anybody can get inside as the side doors do not lock! Very dirty, unsafe and extremely awful

The best way to verify whether a property keeps everything clean is by looking at the underside of a toilet seat and the towels. Both were clean and I had no problem using their towels. Decent price and very well lit with lots of parking space. I will choose this place next time I have to visit Winston Salem.

My room had multiple water bugs and roaches. My room was also not cleaned before I got there (there was a beer bottle under the bed) and only “cleaned once I left: my towels and washcloths stayed there the entire stay. I’m personally okay with the cheap paint and tiny holes in the wall, but burns mold and bugs are my biggest pet peeve and boy was it there. The staff was nice and cordial but it’s hard to undo the aforementioned issues.

Overall, my stay was pleasant, and I would consider staying here again. The price was reasonable compared to other options. The exterior of the hotel appears a bit outdated. Regardless, my room was clean and in good condition and the area was quiet. I encountered two minor issues that didn’t significantly affect my overall experience or rating. First, I wished the lamps had USB ports for charging devices. Second, the check-in process was quite lengthy. The front desk attendant couldn’t provide change for the $50 security deposit. She had to go to another part of the hotel to find the change, but unfortunately, she couldn’t find any. While I could have paid with a card, the hotel specifically recommends cash for the security deposit. If cash is recommended, and even required to purchase snacks available in the lobby, management should make certain change is available for their staff.

This motel fits my needs well. The bed was very comfortable, the TV worked well as did the AC system. The shower was clean and had plenty of hot water. The room was poorly laid out as the desk where I would have liked to use my computer had a refrigerator on top of it with a microwave next to it. Nice convenient location. Kernersville is a nice small town with good shopping.

I had my room paid for and just because my flight got canceled and I wasn’t able to show up until the next day. They canceled my reservations, which is stupid if it was paid for it should’ve been held regardless of when I showed up.

Hot, dirty room.

Very dirty. I walked in the room and immediately felt blazing heat because they evidently left the air conditioning off to save money I guess. I had been in the sun all day and wanted a cool room. The sheets were dirty, the bed skirts had spots of blood on them, the tub was filthy, and the floor was not cleaned. They also charged a $50 deposit to stay in a non-smoking room, however the room still smelled like smoke. I wouldn't recommend this room to my worst enemy.

The staff was great. The property needs some upkeep. The rooms need to be redone. My bed, bathtub, and sink had hair in them. However, my stay was pleasant. I felt safe in my surroundings. I was close to food and stores.

The rooms were filthy had to buy toilet paper Lysol wipes Lysol. There was no shower curtain. See the maid every time I went out when I came back room was still dirty towels were stained. My white socks got black from walking on the floor had to throw them out

OYO!! NO O!!

This was the worse hotel/motel, 1st I paid for a King smoking, and was issued a queen smoking with a smoke detector, the furniture had multiple stains, How about replace the furniture with something new. The Paint job was horrific, wall dirty, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed in the history of time. OYO is a Yo,Yo and a NO GO! A little paint done correctly can go a long way. The Pictures on the app are misleading, looks nothing as advertised. My recommendation.. I would never recommend this to anyone. My suggestion, it's 2025 and with a little investment, and upgrades this could be,.a nice place.
