We enjoyed our stay the staff were very helpful and professional We thought they were great. The only problem I had was when I called the hotel to be picked up at th airport after returning my rental car. The person that answered was asking me about my membership and if I considered extending my stay and some of the promotions they had then when I told him all I wanted to do was get picked up by the shuttle he put me on hold white he checked with his associate. When he came back on line he told me the shuttle would be coming but he was going to transfer me to another associate because there was a special bonus program on to get 500 points Again I told him I just wanted the shuttle to pick me up but he transferred me anyways I told the next person that I wasn’t interested in the promotion and I would not travel to the USA. In total I was on the phone for 5 minutes and all I wanted was to get the shuttle. That was very annoying. Outside of that we were happy with the service we got

There were fruit flies in our room, we couldn’t figure it out, I had Lysol wipes with me so I wiped everything down, they were more in the bathroom, then we noticed the second day we were there, they were come outta the drain, we were only in the room a couple hours to sleep the 2nd night, so I informed them before we checked out in the morning, hopefully they cleaned the drains

A gem of a hotel

I loved that the hotel had a shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver was lovely. I appreciated the breakfast selection and that they had gluten-free toast when you asked for it.
