The staff were all wonderful and helpful. However, for the price, I was very disappointed in the following: buffet breakfast was a 5/10 with cold tasteless eggs; single ply toilet paper is not acceptable, paper cups instead of a glass or cup are not acceptable, pillows were old, dusty and terrible. All in all, saving money on these things were very disappointing.

The staff were very friendly rooms were nice,the only downside was couldn't relax during the day cause they placed us on the side construction was taking place.

Went to check in and all of Hiltons systems were down apparently, they had a list with my name on it.But could not get us a room. We were told to call in an hour. We call back in an hour. And there was no answer, we called back in 2 hours. And there was still no answer. We went there after 2 and a 1 hours. We walk in and they get us checked in, then they tell us the pool is closing in one hour. When we had two children with us, the only reason we spend this much on a hotel is to swim and relax in the hot tub. Not once did we hear an apology. All we heard was, there's nothing we can do. The system is/was down. I told them we called, and no one picked up, they said it's been busy. Customer service from the night shift front desk was sometime to be desired.

Room was sprayed with a very strong perfume that was very overpowering and there's no way to really air out the room. Fitness center was also closed which was not mentioned online at the time of booking or from the staff when we checked in

Stayed here for a hockey tournament. Pool was good temperature and clean but VERY slippery around the outside. Had to be extremely careful. Pool area wasn’t cleaned or towels weren’t restocked in the morning. I’m sure they just did it later. Rooms were good. Parking was fine. Staff was nice.
