The room lacked cleanliness. We asked to change rooms because our bathroom was filthy—the shower had toilet paper and black hair in it. The second room wasn’t much better. The pool area also appeared unclean, with what looked like algae staining on the kids’ slides and brown staining around the top of the hot tub. We chose this hotel because of its amenities for the kids, but we will not be returning due to the lack of cleanliness.
