The updates are nice. I went to go set up my son's bed for the night and found the bedding was dirty. Stains, Crumbs and debris all on the inside. So I stripped it, came down for a full bed of linen, and was delivered to 2 flat sheets. Went down to the desk, I probably said 10 times what exactly I needed to make the bed myself, met with "we don't know what anything is in there" I'd suggest you give your FD a crash course on what kind of linen it takes to make a bed. I specifically booked this property for the pool photos, but the chlorine levels in the pool were incredibly high, just even sitting in the room burnt your eyes and made it hard to breathe and of our 5 days there my son only swam 2 times because of it....To be honest if it wasn't prepaid I probably would have moved hotels.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 12:30 am. As a pregnant mom with 1 yr old and a 7 yr old with a disability I was so worried and rushed out in the middle of the night in winterpeg weather. Turns out some guest thought it was funny to pull the fire alarm. Glad everyones safe though.

The room was clean although the room seemed to have a lot of wear as the handles on the shower and toilet were falling off. The pool was good but the chemicals were very strong in it and it was pretty crowded at all times. Overall the hotel was really good for the price.

The room was ice cold when i opened the door,the heater which is mounted into the eall,had holes around the silicon that u could see rite outside,the big window had nothing but cold sir coming rom outside,the toilet water wouldnt stop running ,had to get up every hour to rattle the handle,12am the parry in the hsllway was still going,it took till 430am before the room hot warm and i had to be up at 5am to catch a flight,the front desk was about this and did nnithing to solve any of these problems,its a very old building and should be tirn down.
