The wifi didn't work properly and the outlet that the TV was plugged into was very sketchy The staff were good except that when I was checking out and asked for my receipt she said that because I had booked on line that I would receive by email and still have not received it. Its a good place overall. They accomodated all my requests. Only thing I did not like was because I had a pool access room, the door to my room was unlocked from pool side. I did not notice as after checking in and bringing my stuff inside I left for 5 hours to enjoy the city. Luckily nothing seemed to be missing, but anyone could of walked right in from the pool and taken my stuff. I locked it when I came back as that is when I noticed it.
