The staff was nice. The room was way below standard. Furniture was beyond worn. Wear spots, dirty and threads hanging. Kitchen cabinets and dishwasher were scratched, dents and wear spots. The cost of this room was way over the top for what we received. I will not be staying here again. Not to mention my credit card received numerous fraudulent charges right after using it at this hotel.

This is a very good hotel. All aspects were very satisfactory. Our only issue was the ridiculously high price for Winnemucca NV. But this was easily the best of the bunch.

Poor Value and Lack of Pride

No one at desk when we arrived. Had to wait quite a while before staff member arrived. She didn’t greet us - no welcome, no smile. ROOM - the photos on Hotels.com must be outdated. Did not well represent our room. Lots of disrepair was present. We were in a room that can house four people, but there was only one kitchen chair and one office chair for eating. Kitchen - cabinets wouldn’t shut. Dishes left in dishwasher. Popcorn kernels left on counter. Bathroom - cupboard face not clean. Shelves looked ancient. Turned on shower and it made lots of noise that awakens others. Shower mat towel damp - hopefully damp from bathtub being cleaned the day before and not from previous guest use. This place needs a lot of TLC!

Worn down

For as much as it cost for a room it wasn’t worth the money. The furniture was worn down,the floor had a huge wet spot and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. It was like sleeping on a board.
