Great location and easy access to the airport and Hwy 101. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean with plenty of amenities. Very comfortable beds. Perfect for groups to share or for families. Although the property had some renovation going on, it did not effect our stay. Will definitely stay here ...

My friend paid the fees on her credit card, but there was a mix up between the two because he didn't complete one transaction before the starting ...

The hotel rooms are definitely bare bones units. However, they do have the necessities and working wireless. And the staff members, especially the manager, were very considerate and helpful.
Great hotel at a good price for the area. Would stay here again. Room was clean- staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice breakfast.
Really liked the location of this hotel, and walkability to the Tides marketplace. Thought the hotel was very dated, and not as luxury as it should be for the price. Bags of linens left out by housekeeping were unattractive. Pool are was very large and nice, but super 80s feel. Staff was friendly though. Considering there aren't that many options, I would recommend but think price should be more reflective of the "inn" aspect...not quite a resort or spa like hotel.
Picked because it's close to Lagunitas Brewery and Tasting Room. Also close to highway and breakfast. Rooms not ready at stated check in time, so plenty of unhappy travelers waiting with me. Also could use a bit of sprucing up. Room was acceptable, but nothing special.
