Clean room, great staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was not well lit. Check lobby coffees more frequently. Orange juice was out for my five day stay. Overall a great safe stay.

They only cleaned our room twice and we were there for 6 days. And one of those times they just emptied trash and made bed that’s it. I’m not sure if we missed something saying we had to tell them we wanted it clean everyday or it was because it was Christmas week and they were short staff. I had to go down and ask for towels and toilet paper. Most hotels I stay at clean the room everyday that was my only complaint.

Pool was freezing and had leaves and chairs in it. The hot tub was warm but very dirty. The breakfast was mostly empty at 8am when we went 2 of the 3 mornings. I found a period pad in the couch when I opened it up to get to the sofa bed. Also only had a partial roll of toilet paper for 3 people. The fridge in the room also didn't stay cool enough.

Very noisy with Hwy 101 so close. Perhaps a room on other side of hotel would be quieter? Also there is now noise from a growing (unfortunately) Sonoma County Airport. Do not stay anywhere in 101 corridor if you seek peace.
