We booked the hotel for a last minute stay due to a wildfire blocking the highway on the way back home. While the room was large, clean and quiet, the price paid was much higher than I would expect to pay for the area and class of hotel. We prepaid on Orbitz, but on check-in we needed to also add another $100 charge to our credit card in addition to pre-payment (hopefully to be credited back, shortly). A full breakfast was not included, but available at an additional charge. While it had the usual amenities like soap, shampoo conditioner were provided, they containers barely large enough in quantity for one person. The microwave was barely lareg enough for a frozen dinner. At least the parking was free, close to some stores, and easy access to/frome the freeway. Not used to paying San Francisco hotel prices this far north of the city.

Overall, the room look clean upon arrival but as we moved around and started to settle in, we noticed there were old empty water bottles underneath the chair from the previous customers and was given a wine glass with someone’s name on it. Roy at the reception desk greeted us & was very patient with me (I'm old & was tired from the travel). He smiled a lot & was very helpful. The room was neat and clean. I LOVED the bed and slept very well. Breakfast the next morning was pleasant. There was a buffet, but Jovani the cook made fresh eggs & potatoes for us. Again, everything was nice 7 clean.
