1.We asked for clean towels and they said they only have one clean towel left and ended up giving us a BATH MAT! 2.Tub drain full of hair and wouldn't drain. My husband had to buy Draino at like 11@ night. Black guck all over. 3. Breakfast-eww! Saw the plastic bag the bagels were in and saw the 50%label which means they bought the ones that are cheap and close to expiry...or should I say expired. The bagels were moldy. 4. One of the bed sheaths has some brown stains on it. 5. Saw the housekeeper use a MOP to clean the CARPETED stairs. 6. We mentioned it to the front desk...and gave us a $20 discount. WOW! *pro: close to Restaurants.

Having stayed at this establishment before and needing a place to stay for an event I booked myself a room without much thought. When I arrived my room smelled like someone had been chain smoking in there recently. The room itself was clean but the stink of stale cigarette smoke was very present and noticeable. Given that the hotel was completely booked up we didn't make a fuss about it but brought it to the front desk attention to ensure we did not get billed for smoking in the room ourselves. This was met with indifference but assurance we would not be charged for it. The bed itself as mentioned was comfortable enough and my sleep was alright but in the morning the cleaning staff tried to enter our room not once but twice while we were still in it. After the first time I looked around for a DND door sign but could not find one so I engaged the second lock on the door. After this had happened all I could hear was the cleaning staff talking loudly outside my door. About an hour later the cleaning staff tried to enter again. That's when I decided to leave. My first stay here was good but after this one I'm not sure I'll be back.

A check in at 3 is a little late but overall the service was excellent. No yogurt at breakfast so 9 year old wasn't too happy but he will survive. Comfy bed , clean room mostly friendly staff . Overall would recommend to others

The website said that small dogs were welcome - when we arrived the man at the desk pointed to a sign that said "no pets". After a bit more talking where we said we would leave the staff said we could have our dog after paying a $25 fee. Then our daughter had reserved the room using her credit card and she wanted to pay for us. The man again gave us a hard time and we ended up having to put the room on our credit card. Then the TV didn't work.

This motel is unorganized. We booked for 2 nights, when we went to check in they had made a mistake and only had us booked for one night, said not to to worry always get cancellations and they are associated with a couple of other hotels in the area. The room itself was not bad by appearance, a little dated. There were a few problems with the room, the window did not lock which was not cool since the room was on the first floor and at the back of the motel. The bathroom fan was loud and obnoxious. The room itself had a wierd perfume type of smell.

The Queen Suite was really nice and clean. You have to give a 100 dollar security deposit upon arrival, I have never had to do this before at a hotel and when I asked for the worker to explain to me why he was charging 100 dollars on my card his response was a little rude and not very patient. Other than the customer service, the room was great.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding group. The price was fairly low but still a bit more than what would be reasonable for a hotel of this caliber. The hotel in general is a little beat up and could use some freshening up. There were photocopied pieces of paper taped all over the room noting different things like how to work the remote, charges for phone use, etc. Using a company letterhead or something would have made the whole thing seem a lot less "roadside motel"-ish. The beds were comfortable enough as were the pillows. The bathroom was clean. The carpets were a bit rough and could use a replacement. The breakfast was lackluster and the selection limited - the automated pancake machine was useful though. The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. If you go here with lowered expectations you shouldn't be disappointed.

Stayed at the hotel with my kids as it was close to our venue and we were so dissappointed. The staff were very friendly but the property was very run down. We were on the ground floor and I felt so unsafe because the windows opened so easily to the outside it appears that the locks on the window was broken so I placed our bags there to keep any potential intruders out. Also, at some point during our stay I asked a staff member if they have a vending machine and she directed me to the machine but when I got there the machine had a sign that said out of service. Even though this machine is located directly across from the front desk the staff member didn't bother to mention the machine was broken. I made that walk to purchase water for nothing! The next day we went for breakfast as they offered continental breakfast. The tables were dirty, the apples in the fruit basket were rotten, the pancake machine was malfunctioning, the milk and juice was almost done and the selection of breakfast items to choose from was extremely limited. I could go on and on! Totally not worth a return trip. I got the sense that the owner and staff really did not care about guest experience and it was pointless complaining. So we checked out and do not plan to ever return. Not impressed stay somewhere else please!

This hotel is a a bit outdated but, it is very clean and comfortable. If they just took down the light pinkish blue walpaper in the rooms it would make a world of difference. The towles and bedding are new and updated but Dont match the carpet so its a bit mis matched. This is honesly the worst things i have to say about this hotel. The staff are wonderful and almost make it 4 star worthy. My kids like the breakfest and the panl cake machine. This hotel was comfortable and cozy with friendly staff. I would have no issue staying here again.

We often stay in Windsor overnight and gave this place a second chance as we stayed once before and we weren't too impressed, but they had just opened. The location is very convenient. The receptionist told me a price, I thought it was a bit high, and he brought it down by 10 dollars immediately and was like is that ok? Kind of odd to me. The room was nice, clean enough......drawback was the TV. Would not come on, mtook remote down in case batteries were bad. Another guest said all the TV's were like that, you had to wait a long time for them to work, it was an ongoing problem. The parking area is not large enough, we ended up getting the last spot on the side of the road, I was worried about my vehicle the whole night. The breakfast was like a 5 out of 10. During checkout we heard about the receptionist back problems and how tired she was......ok. We decided we won't stay there again, many better accommodations around.
