We called to ask if their pool was up and running and it was just heating element was broken so the pool was so cold we couldn’t swim long. We only booked this hotel because of the pool so it was a bummer. Room was clean and beautiful , breakfast was great and enough to go around

The room is clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is ok. However, the water in the swimming pool was too cold for us. The kid started shivering after only a minute’s dipping in the pool. We ended up not swimming at all for our stay, which was quite disappointing because the pool was one of the key factors we chose the hotel.
